Courtside 9 is a two-story townhouse, one flight above street level. Courtside is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. The Master Bedroom has a King bed and the guest room has Queen & Twin each with a private bath. The living room has a pull out sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. This condo is fully stocked and the Kitchen has everything you would need. Wireless Internet, 3 Flat Screen TV's and a spacious comfortable living space.

"Vacation time This unit had great beds to sleep on, but it couldn't have been professionally cleaned before we came because there was a molded shower curtain in the master and black mold on the chalk around the second bedroom. I went out and brought a new shower liner and cleaned the bathrooms with Clorox to kill the mold, but it was not completely gone. We need new lamp shades. They were covered in dust. I tried to clean them, and they just beaded up!!They needed new pots and pans the ones they had were used so much that they burned the food if you tried to use them. I don't understand paying $250.00 for cleaning this is added into the rental cost and me having to clean it before it was clean enough for me to be comfortable too. The sliding glass door to the deck the lock was a broken lock, and they put a stick to hold the door shut!! Really people!! If you went out to the pool you had to leave the door open and anyone could walk in and take what they want. I told the realtor all this and she said "I knew the lock was broken on the sliding glass door" so why didn't you fix it!! This place gets $755.00 a month for regiem fees what does that pay for?? The carpet is at least 10 yrs old but I do have to say they did give us a lot of plastic plants to look at!! This could have been a beautiful unit if someone would take the time to care and add some love to it!!" Located near Coligny and the beach, easy walking distance to everything. The unit itself was great, clean and well furnished, though I could have used a few less stairs. We would definetly recommend this unit to everyone. Check in was a breeze, the management company was easy to work with. We look forward to coming back next year."
