Take advantage of the bike/leisure trails that wind throughout Shipyard. Guests enjoy easy access to the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Sonesta oceanfront resort. Those choosing to relax closer to home enjoy the lagoon and golf course view from the first floor patio or the secluded on-site swimming pool. For avid tennis players, Townhouse Tennis III has private courts for the sole use of owners and their guests. **TENNIS COURTS WILL BE CLOSED AUGUST 2025 FOR MAINTENANCE** The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination 9, 18, or 27 holes available for play.

Appreciated how close it was from the main road, because it gets very dark at night and you have to be on the lookout for bikers etc. Was pleasantly surprised at the updates that the owners made by upgrading to hardwood floors and painting the beams and staircase white. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Our family would not hesitate to rent again. FYI:We had no problem with guests visiting, you just have to get extra passes from the office. The pool was very close and we loved that we could go to the pool or the beach. Coligny Beach was closer than the Shipyard Beach, but we preferred Shipyard and could ride there on our bikes, about 1.7 miles. Seashore Vacations staff were all very professional and friendly and easy to work with prior to and during our stay. This is a really nice villa and being a corner unit that makes it even better. Location to restaurants and grocery stores is really good too. Be sure to eat at the Sand Bar just down the road. We all had a delicious meal there and enjoyed live music.
