I was able to get a shipyard pass and used their beach which was closer after my reservation was changed.unit was clean . No problem there. I will not use this agency again. I drove up to see a man in a grey van leaving the area. He had entered our condo and locked the door. Seashore said it was the cleaning supervisor. I was locked out and had to wait for my husband to return (about 15 min). This caused a delay in our departure. I do not think it is acceptable for the cleaning supervisor, crew or anyone else to enter our condo without notifying us first. This person sits in the parking lot along with cleaning crews like vultures waiting to get in the condos to clean. No one should enter the condo until the customer has turned in their key to vacate the property. I am highly disatisfyed with this situation."
