Before 45 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
The reservation fee is nonrefundable.

Before 60 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 46 to 59 days prior to arrival we will refund 75% of initial payment
Between 31 to 45 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment

What a treat to actually have clean, comfortable accommodations and our dog with us. The home is nicely updated, very spacious, well-appointed with everything we needed, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood safe for the kids to bike around, centrally located to South Beach and Harbour Town, quick bike or walk to the horses and beach. We didn’t miss having a pool because the ocean water ended up being warm enough to swim later in the week and we mostly like to bike-adventure on Spring Break. Seems when we did visit friends with pools they were all freezing cold this week anyway. The rental agency was easy to deal with, very communicative and the home was super clean with ALL (and then some) of starter items left in little gift bags (I’m talking 4 tide pods and dishwasher pods, plenty of garbage bags, sponge, dish soap, hot pads), more than enough towels and bedding. Maybe my post-covid standards slacked or we made excuses for the rental group we usually use, because it was noticeably better. I don’t know what our future travel plans look like but I would totally rent this place again." Kitchen appliances were new and well stocked. Would have liked to see some more plastic plates and cups for the kids, but other than that we had everything we needed. The rental process was quick and efficient. They event sent us text messages about events going on in HHI during our stay which helped a lot! The location in the heart of Sea Pines was perfect for us. We rented bikes and were able to get down to the beach club in less than 10 minutes. The house is situated in Lawton Woods which is walking distance to Lawton stables and a short drive to the Sea Pines beach house. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated in a coastal theme with soothing colours which immediately set the relaxing tone of our very comfortable stay.! I was very pleasantly surprised to find that we were also provided with enough household essentials for our entire week long stay for our family of 3 which was very thoughtful and much appreciated eg , laundry pods, dishwashing liquid , dishwasher pods, garbage bags, toilet paper etc. As a pet friendly home the owners also thoughtfully provided us with dog bowls and pet throws for our use if required . The kitchen was extremely well set up with all the cooking utensil, pots pans etc you may need. We only used the gas BBQ once ( we were happy it was available and ready for use ) as we ended up trying many of the local restaurants and delicious cuisines ( Nectar, Kenny B’s , Jane’s Bistro and Bar just to name a few , all of which we highly recommend!). What we also liked about this home were the friendly neighbors. All very welcoming. We have rented many homes in Seapines over the years and would certainly rank this home in our top five.
