We liked the layout. The extra living space allows a bit of separation if needed, and had a desk area where I could set up my laptop. The rooms are large and the furniture is nice. The balcony has a table and chairs and overlooks a tree lined walkway. The condo is located within easy walking distance to the Alder Lane beach access point. Coligny Beach is within walking distance, though we drove that day. I loved that the building is secure. The property, including the pool area, is clean and well-maintained. Laundry in unit was nice. Read the directions . I had never used a dryer like that before. Information we would have liked to have had....The chairs and equipment that they give you a credit for after booking get delivered to your room and left in the hall. We immediately got in trouble with the building about this. I thought it would have been the blue chairs and umbrellas already down on the beach but that could have been all on me. It was last minute and I might not have looked into that close enough. I would have just waited and rented chairs on the beach had I known. Also, the closest beach access is a walk no matter which one you use. They did not seem super clearly marked and everyone there was somewhat unsure of which access to use. In the unit the TV’s were difficult to figure out. Each had multiple remotes. It took us a minute. Some direction there would have been welcomed. Besides that check in/ out was very easy , the unit was comfortable. Beds slept well. Would go back but just do things a little differently on our part. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, silverware and had a nice selection of cookware. It was furnished tastefully and you could tell that the kitchen and the bathrooms had been updated. The balcony from the living space was a nice size with a table and 4 chairs for outdoor dining. The 2 living spaces are great for two couples or a family that would like some separate space. We would definately stay here again expect for one thing. The unit had a musty smell (possibley due to the carpeting in both bedroom spaces). The rest of unit had tile floors. I have allegeries, so the mustiness really bothered me. We opened the windows to get some fresh air in, whiched helped. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay! Thank you!" FYI, the easiest beach access is the first crosswalk to the right on S. Forest Beach Drive. Building property is older but well maintained, and has an indoor and an outdoor pool. Condo itself is updated with newer furniture and appliances. We're yearly visitors to HHI, and this was our first time using Seashore Vacations. It was a good experience. Our only issue was that they only had 1 parking hangtag for this condo (the other has been misplaced / not returned by a previous guest) and no blank paper hangtags, so they modified an older paper hangtag. I was concerned about this given that some properties strictly regulate parking, but we did not have any issues. Would definitely stay in this condo again." For families the play ground at Celebration Park is wonderful. As senior citizen visitors we thoroughly enjoyed the Coastal Discovery Museum which also has a very nice children's area. In the Sea Pines area the Nature Preserve and Harbour Town Light House are nice to visit. The Preserve has lots of walking paths and the Lighthouse is full of history."
