Hilton Head Cabana 40 is a charming townhouse located in South Forest Beach one block from the ocean. This property is wonderfully furnished and offers an open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen plus a stackable washer & dryer. The first floor consists of the kitchen (with laundry facilities), living room, dining room, a powder room along with an outside patio complete with a gas grill. The second floor contains both the master bedroom (king bed) plus the guest bedroom (two twin beds) as well as a full bathroom just off the hallway in between the two bedrooms. The swimming pool and kiddie pool are located just steps from the patio in the extremely spacious courtyard. Pool is open March - October. This unit is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk to the beach, a 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza and also 10 minutes from the new Low Country Celebration Park. Please be aware that No Pets are permitted on the back patio or in the Courtyard at Hilton Head Cabanas. Also, the rental is limited to 1 pet (35 pounds or less) per occupancy.

We were there with our toddler and dogs (which we paid for!) and this gentleman felt it appropriate to be rude and condescending to a total stranger. We, unfortunately, won’t be staying there again due to this horrible interaction. Neighbors on the other side (end) were lovely though. This place was great. The bed was very comfortable- and this was key for us because the apt we rented in the past had a brick hard bed and we would leave sore. This bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Our only issue was that tje place was not properly cleaned- sand on floor upstairs, dirty dishes/pots, and a comfortable that was also dirty. The management company was responsive and immediately took the comforter and had it cleaned. I had already cleaned the dishes since I needed them to cook. The check in and checkout process with the property management company was easy. The complex is close to a beach access point right across the street and is within walking distance to the Coligny area for shopping and restaurants. The condo was decorated nicely with a beach theme. Having a washer/dryer and a dishwasher in the condo was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The pool is open until 10 pm which my children loved. We definitely would stay here again.
