exquisite lagoon and golf views. Ideal for a family or two families
to share with two master suites both with king beds and their private
bathrooms. Enjoy a short stroll to the beach for daytime activities
and/or gather around the pool*/spa* (*can be heated for a fee) in the
evenings.
* Pool is Zero Entry - No Jumping or Diving!
Guests of 19 Port Tack can also rent a kayak in Palmetto
Dunes & explore the 13 mile lagoon system that winds it's
way throughout the Resort or enjoy the miles of bike paths
within the Palmetto Dunes Resort. The Dunes House with
it's beachfront bar & dining is also available guests with
limited free parking. The "Dune Buggy" is available during
seasonal times to transport guests within Palmetto Dunes and
Shelter Cove for FREE. Reserve a court at the Palmetto
Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center or enjoy rounds of golf at 3
different golf courses in Palmetto Dunes (Fees apply for these
activities).

18.) CANCELLATION POLICY- For a refund of moneys, cancellation must be in writing and received 91 days prior to your arrival date. The cancellation fee will be 10% of the rental rate. Cancellations within 46-90 days will result in the loss of the 40% deposit unless we are able to re-rent the Dwelling for the same rate and time period. No refunds will be made for cancellations received 45 days or less prior to arrival unless the Dwelling is re-rented for the same rate and time period. If the Dwelling is re-rented, then a 10% cancellation fee will apply. For this reason, we highly recommend that you consider purchasing the optional travel insurance.

Our stay at 19 Port Tack very wonderful! The location is great and lots of stuff to do inside the property and outside. The beach is minutes away and Harbor Pier is only about 20 minutes away. Great place to stay, would stay again! "

"Excellent property
We book a large home for our group of 10-12 every summer, and this was our first time at this location and with Sea Turtle. The home was as advertised with rooms being generous, plenty of space for dining, and our entire party enjoyed the pool deck. the lot is very large with lovely, private water views. We appreciated the use of the owners' water toys, beach chairs, etc. We did rent bikes and used them daily for trips to the beach and general store. Kitchen was well-equipped. Perhaps a little short on barware and serving dishes if those are high on your must-haves. Decor was fresh and modern. Some smaller details: separate HVAC for the main and second floors; never ran out of hot water; pavers go all the way around the house and to the lagoon so your feet don't get gross!; several books and games available; plenty of seating outdoors; TV for outdoor watching though we didn't use it; circular drive allows multiple cars to park as well as enter/exit without being blocked. Pool is LARGE for a rental of this size.

"Fantastic Week!
Our family of 6 stayed here in August of 2023 and loved it! It was the perfect set up and could have slept another family as well. The home is beautiful with amazing views. We really liked the location in palmetto dunes and could get around easily with the bikes we rented for the week. It's a short bike ride or walk to the beach. The pool was great to come back to after the beach, very private and relaxing. The home was clean and well equipped. It even had a wagon, beach chairs, and boogie boards which was great since we flew to hilton head. One minor nice thing would have been to provide coffee filters with the coffee maker. Palmetto Dunes is a great location and just beautiful with many shade covered streets with side walks to bike all around. The home provided a binder with good recommendations and tips for things around the island and within the community. We loved our stay and would definitely rent this property again!"

"This home is sooooooooooo nice!!!
This home is beautiful and spacious. Nine of us stayed here comfortably. The pool is large. The dock on the lagoon was wonderful for our son-in-law and grandsons who love to fish. It is a 3-minute bike ride to the beach; a 12-minute walk. The home is in a perfect location -- we did not have to fight traffic in the Coligny/Pope Avenue areas. We will definitely book this home again. And the representatives at Sea Turtle Getaways (Selena and Crane) are wonderful to work with."

"Dream Vacation!!!
Me and my family couldn't have had a better vacation at this rental property. The house sits right on the 11 mile lagoon that runs through the plantation with the Robert Trent Jones golf course across the way. The pool and deck were just the right size for all of us. The inside of the home was very clean and had everything we needed with plenty of space for all. The one and only issue we had was that the first floor master bedroom doesn't get a lot of air circulation, which made it very warm at night. We had to run fans to stay comfortable. The beach is a short 10 minute walk. The rental management staff were very accommodating with questions that I had during our stay. We absolutely loved this property and will definitely stay here again."

"Great Rental
Our stay at 19 Port Tack was just as we had hoped. The house is in a great location, just minutes from the beach and in a quiet area. The house is well decorated and the kitchen equipped with everything you need. We had a couple of issues during our stay but the management group responded very quickly and resolved them. We are looking forward to our next stay!"

"Fabulous place to stay on Palmetto Dunes Property
This was the first time we rented outside of Sea Pines and absolutely loved Palmetto Dunes. The house we rented was a great size, private and in beautiful condition! Our Sea turtle representative was Selena. She was incredibly helpful when we booked our place and she was incredibly helpful when we ran into a couple of problems on our arrival. Unfortunately, there was no propane in the tank although it had been ordered. We found this out on Christmas Day when we went to cook. I called Selena who was on call and she went right to work trying to get the gas company on Christmas Day to come out and believe it or not someone showed up and filled the propane tank in the afternoon on Christmas Day! We were also having problems with the spa not working properly and Selena got the pool guy to come out 12/26 to look it over even though it never bubbled (thus the 4/5 rating for condition) Selena did a great job in making sure everything was okay, even bringing us another gas tank for the grill in case we didn't get propane Christmas Day. The house was in beautiful condition and I appreciated the number of plates/glasses/silverware available! The owner even put up a few Christmas decorations for us which was very much appreciated! We would totally recommend this property and we look forward to returning. We ate at a couple really nice places, Nectar Farm Kitchen was great since my son is vegan and they had great food to appease him. We ate at Hickory Tavern, Guiseppes Pizza and had wonderful food and service at both. We enjoyed walking on the vast beaches, watching sunrises and sunsets, which were a close walk from the house. We just enjoyed relaxing and the weather was absolutely perfect at 70-74 all week! We can't wait to go back! Definitely would use Sea Turtles again! Thank you!"

"Lovely Home with a View
We have been coming to HHI for over 20 years and typically stay on North Forest Beach. This home in Palmetto Dunes was a lovely alternative. We loved our morning coffee on the dock, biking through the neighborhood, fishing and using the pool. The walk to the beach is a solid 10 minutes. The area is very quiet and the home was well stocked and comfortable. We really enjoyed our week!"

"Family vacation
The house was large enough to house 12 of us. Plenty of dishes and silverware. We were concerned that the back door to the porch was broken and could not be locked. We were told they were trying to fix it but that never happened. The posted 10 minute walk to the beach was longer for the 70 year old grandparents. There were no sheets for the pull out couch but we called and they were delivered. The doorknob on the half bathroom was backwards but we called and it was repaired. The pool was great and deck furniture was nice. The lagoon was terrific for fishing. The kitchen could use one more large pot . We enjoyed our stay and we would return to this house. "
