Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of your stay.
No cancellations are allowed 14 days or less prior to your arrival.
Travel Insurance is recommended if you feel a situation may occur where you have to cancel within 30 days of the start of your stay.
All Reservations made for a duration of 1 month (28 Days) or longer are non refundable. Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

"1625 Port Villas
We very much enjoyed our stay. The villa is beautifully updated and comfortable, and the location is spectacular. We have stayed in many other port villas over the years due to the great location. It would have been nice to have some shampoo in the showers - we had to scramble to get some. Also, missing in the kitchen are food storage bags, foil, etc. My only other complaint is having to find and drive to the Island Rentals office to receive our Sea Pines pass. It takes a big amount of time out of the first day of vacation to locate the office, which is confusing and I'm familiar with Hilton Head. Then to unlock the lock box and sort through all the passes stuffed inside to find ours. In the past, I've received mine in the mail two weeks prior to our stay - so convenient. It would be a huge improvement to change that part of check in."

"Beautifully renovated condo
The entire condo has been beautifully renovated. Large rooms. Everything is brand new. All furniture was comfortable. Perfectly stocked kitchen. Appreciated the mud room area with hooks and bench to keep the entry clear and open storage under the stairs. Enjoyed grilling and dinner on back patio with sunset, Walked to Salty Dog for dinner. Played tennis. Complex is very will maintained. Short walk to beach. 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs. We were comfortable and this would be a great unit for an extended stay. "

"Mother-Daughter Spring Break Get-Away
The villa is in a great location. It is beautifully appointed and clean. The bikes helped us explore the area. ( FYI: there is current construction on the bike path so we weren’t able to explore as much as we would have liked.)
Beach is a short walk away. It was chilly in early march but still very enjoyable to sit on beach and listen to waves in a sweatshirt with our beach towels wrapped around us.
Bring some games or puzzle in case of rain. Close by are tennis and pickle ball courts and Salty Dog Cafe.
We reported to management that some of the locks did not work great so hopefully they will fix.
We do recommend this villa. Thanks for a great visit.
This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we look forward to coming back with the whole family.

"Comfortable, convenient, tasteful and serene
Newly remodeled Port Villa townhouse made for a very pleasant stay. Location is ideal with wildlife watching in the lagoon out the back door and a short walk to the beach or shops of South Beach. I cook most meals and the kitchen was well supplied including many spices :). We’ve stayed in a Port Villa unit 4 or 5 times over the last 25 years and this was among the best. A perfect spot for a much needed week to relax. Our only glitch was getting the internet functioning, but after a few resets we were good to go. "

"Beautiful villa on Bradford Creek
We had four and a half delightful weeks in this spacious, beautifully decorated Villa in Sea Pines. It is so well equipped we were able to cook many of our meals there. The kitchen lacked for nothing, completely stock with glasses, china, and any thing you could possibly need. When you first arrive you are instantly pleased with the view of the water with all the birds and marshes. It is a very serene setting. There are two bedrooms with great beds and unlimited towels. Views from the balconies of the bedroom were lovely. Just across the street there is easy access to one of the best beaches I have ever been on. It is wide and hard packed. We walked for miles. The Salty Dog restaurant just steps from our condo was fun to go to.
Fell in love with their hush puppies! Tennis and pickle ball throughout this whole area. Very nice place for your vacation."
