**DIRECT BEACH ACCESS** The Amazing, Oceanfront Views of the Atlantic
Ocean from the two balconies our three-bedroom condos have to offer are Priceless! These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare meals when you don’t feel like venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large living area boasts views for miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on vacation. The oceanfront bedroom has a balcony with seating, features a King Bed and offers a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed and a separate queen bed. These rooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination along the hallway. There is a half bathroom located in the main hallway, as well as a washer and dryer for your laundering needs. Additional sleeping arrangements include two sleeper sofas. The living area and bedrooms all have flat screen TVs for your viewing pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a home away from home while enjoying the Beach!
Water’s is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!
Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s . The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!
**No Daily Housekeeping – We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmats, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, and a dishwashing packet**
**Three-Bedroom Condos are allowed 2 Parking Passes**
**Motorcycles are Allowed**
**No Golf Carts and No Trailers are allowed in the garage area**
**Garage has a 6’9 – 6’7 (ramps) Clearance**
**NO PETS ALLOWED**
**This is a Non-Smoking Condo! Designated Smoking areas are located on the beach, outside the
resort, or in the parking garage area. NO Smoking is Allowed on the Balcony nor in the Condo**
**We Love to Host our Monthly Guests October-March each year. Call us to inquire about our Monthly
Specials!**
**3 Night Minimum Rental – Some owners have a minimum 7-night rental during peak season
(Memorial Day to Labor Day)**
**All Condos are Individually Owned. Decorations, furniture, and amenities within the condos will
vary**

"Nice condo but could be a lot better
Old Dirty Funiture on balcony. Tons of Nasty Long-term Dirt on all the pictures and Nic / Naks all over the condo - Just needs one of those Big take done everything cleanings. As a Note we stayed in this exact condo about 4 years ago with our family and it was a lot cleaner.

"Very Inhospitable
Found the staff to be very Inhospitable and rude. Interactions with employees and staff felt bothersome. Staff does not appreciate vacationers and does not feel like a place where employees enjoy working. We were also charged $20 after we checked out fora missing wristband after spending $4,000. Very petty and unappreciative of tourists!!"

"Disappointed ��
First, the condo was hot and AC could not be turned down below 74 or it would freeze, supposedly. The master bedroom was warmer than 74 and made it difficult to sleep. Second, we were accused of smoking in the condo or on the balcony but none of us smoke. We let security and management in to confirm this, twice. People were smoking in other condos because we could smell it in the master bedroom and on the balcony. Last, kids from condos above of were throwing things off the balconies, such as water bottles, water, bottle caps and a banana. The banana almost hit one of our family members while in the pool. We have stayed at Water's Edge for about 17 years now and will be looking for another place to stay next year. This isn't the first bad review I have given, but decided to try again since we love this place, normally. The last bad review was from 2 years ago when the bathroom had human feces smeared on the side of the bathroom vanity under the toilet paper holder. No one bothered to contact us about that or even apologize. "

The suite was in poor condition.
. Parts of ceiling coating hanging down
. One toilet ran even after a maintenance call
. The carpet was very dirty
. Light bulbs were missing from lamps
. Closets were so full that we didn’t have room to store our things
. Although a daily cleaning fee was charged, there was no daily cleaning in the room"
