**DIRECT BEACH ACCESS** The Amazing, Oceanfront Views of the Atlantic Ocean from the two balconies our three-bedroom
condos have to offer are Priceless! These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare
meals when you don’t feel like venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large
living area boasts views for miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on
vacation. The oceanfront bedroom has a balcony with seating, features a King Bed and offers a full
bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed in each room
and share a NEWLY REMODELED full bathroom with a Walkin shower with handicap rail along the hallway. There is a half bathroom
located in the main hallway, as well as a washer and dryer for your laundering needs. Additional
sleeping arrangements include two sleeper sofas in the living room. The living area and bedrooms all have flat
screen TVs for your viewing pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a home away from home
while enjoying the Beach!
Water’s is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!
Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s . The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!
**No Daily Housekeeping – We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmats, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, and a dishwashing packet**
**Three-Bedroom Condos are allowed 2 Parking Passes**
**Motorcycles are Allowed**
**No Golf Carts and No Trailers are allowed in the garage area**
**Garage has a 6’9 – 6’7 (ramps) Clearance**
**NO PETS ALLOWED**
**This is a Non-Smoking Condo! Designated Smoking areas are located on the beach, outside the
resort, or in the parking garage area. NO Smoking is Allowed on the Balcony nor in the Condo**

**3 Night Minimum Rental – Some owners have a minimum 7-night rental during peak season

Arrived 3/1 discovered we had coffee maker no pot replaced 3/2 Went to make dinner 3/2 no pans. Rec new box of pan fm mgmt on 3/3. Fridge broken in sev areas. Told by someone that owner did not want to put $ into condo. Beds were awful sheets pilly. Pillows without pillow cases. Chairs in kitchen broken-mold on ceilings and vents. Lampshades with holes in them. Moved furniture to vacuum-vacuum bag full. Asked mgmt,no bags I HAVE PICTURES left 8 days early "

"Worst unit ever #412
First let me say we LOVE Waters Edge and will continue to stay here. The unit this year is the worst unit we have seen or stayed in. Let me list the items: Mold at all the ac vents, couches are way past needing replaced, master bed is like a hammock, had to put pillows under mattress to even make it through the vacation, stove burners were broken not an even one to be found. Tub cracked in the guest bathroom, fire alarm went off in building and we did not even hear it. One bar still broken and in closet the other one unable to be used. Laundry bifold doors were coming unhinged and broke on last night there. Not enough utensils to even have a meal unless you used salad forks. 4 cup coffee pot for a 3 bedroom unit, crock pot with no heating element. Reported issues and was told owner was not responding to emails sent. I would recommend Waters Edge but not this unit. "

It was pretty good. Check out with only 2 elevators was a problem. A big problem. The only other issue we had was the hall bathroom door knob was broken and you could have a child locked in."

"Condo 0412 A Lot to Be Desired
I will never stay in this condo unit again. I have stayed at Waters Edge for a month for the past 5 years. This unit has not been updated. The kitchen appliances are old, rusted or broken. Kitchen needs to be updated. The laundry appliances are old and rusted. Bedroom furniture was updated from pictures on website. Living room furniture was uncomfortable to sit on. I had to clean the unit, balcony and outside furniture before use. My feet were black from just walking on the floor my first day! Don't choose this unit. There are very nice units in this resort. I will return to WER but not this unit."

"Was just ok
The room we were staying in was in very poor condition. Broken doors and peeling wall paper and every chair was half broken. I’ve stayed here before but I’ll have to be very selective if I ever want to stay here again."

"Don’t book 0412
I am an annual guest, I booked two condos this year, 0903 was absolutely beautiful, HOWEVER.. unfortunately the unit (0412) that We stayed in was horrible. I don’t care about a unit being out dated as long as it’s clean, this one has so much wrong with it. I ALWAYS record a video as I first enter to protect myself from any previous damage that may have been done. This condo needs work, a thorough cleaning, and The Orkin man! I killed 3 roaches and apparently one traveled home with my daughter to her home! I understand that these Condos have individual Owners, and after Coming for Many Years Annually, This was my first issue with this Resort! ( let me side note the gentleman who checked us in has a difficult time counting Money, or multitasking)"

"Disappointing, needs some major updates
I’ve been coming to Water’s Edge for 15 years and this is the first time I didn’t use a private room. I was shocked to find dirty dishes in the cabinets and drawers. A silly cup in the closet from the previous visitor. Peeling wallpaper. Overall just a run down room. It felt like they haven’t updated the room in 20 years or more. To top it off the A.C was out for nearly 3 days as they were having issues with that. It was miserable trying to sleep in that heat. Nothing was offered to make up for it, no refund, no free night, not a word from them, other than fliers on the door. It was a very disappointing experience. "

"Great location!
We have enjoyed Water’s Edge in the past but this year was a totally different experience. Even with everything going on with Clovid-19, the resort worked hard to keep things clean and protect us whenever possible.
The individual unit we stayed in this year was not quite up to our expectations as far as cleanliness and appearance when we arrived. There seemed to be new bedroom furniture in all the bedrooms and new flooring but a little TLC was needed as far as wallpaper, curtains, kitchen cupboards. Once we settled in after doing a couple days of cleaning, the furniture was comfortable and the bones of the unit were good. Just could use some attention.
We love the location and the amenities and would certainly be willing to give it another try sometime soon."
