**DIRECT BEACH ACCESS** The Amazing, Oceanfront View of the Atlantic from the balcony of our one-bedroom condo is Priceless!
These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare meals when you don’t feel like
venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large living area boasts views for
miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on vacation. The bedroom
features a Queen Bed and offers a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There is a bathroom
located along the hallway with a shower stall. Additional sleeping arrangements include a sleeper sofa
and murphy bed in the living area. There is a washer and dryer for your laundering needs located in the hallway as well.
The living area and bedroom have TVs for your viewing pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a
home away from home while enjoying the Beach! (No Monthly)
Water’s is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!
Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s . The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!
**No Daily Housekeeping – We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmats, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, and a dishwashing packet**
**One-Bedroom Condos are allowed 1 Parking Pass**
**Motorcycles are Allowed**
**No Golf Carts and No Trailers are allowed in the garage area**
**Garage has a 6’9 – 6’7 (ramps) Clearance**
**NO PETS ALLOWED**
**This is a Non-Smoking Condo! Designated Smoking areas are located on the beach, outside the
resort, or in the parking garage area. NO Smoking is Allowed on the Balcony nor in the Condo**
**We Love to Host our Monthly Guests October-March each year. Call us to inquire about our Monthly
Specials!**
**3 Night Minimum Rental – Some owners have a minimum 7-night rental during peak season
(Memorial Day to Labor Day)**

Great location, felt safe and secure. Only issue was after remnants of hurricane Helene ,no elevator service for 2 days in a 15 floor property , with the average age of residents was 60. "

"Water's Edge is Amazing!
Everything was so easy. We came in on the heels of a hurricane. They didn't know what the damage would be, of any. The manager called me three days in a row with updates, even gave her personal cell. When we got there, you would never have known it had even ruined! They had everything cleaned and back to normal overnight!
The only issue we had was our front door lock didn't work. They had it replaced in 20 min!"

"Beach Vacation
The view/chairs on balcony great but chairs could use a good Clorox cleaning and floor cleaned.
Balcony door extremely old and loud opening/closing.
The towels given were dingy.
Couldn’t find WiFi to connect.
Thermostat and outlets need updating.
Very spacious for a 1 bedroom condo. "

" Relaxing and Beautiful Resort
We have stayed at Water’s Edge five times over the past four years. The views are amazing, the amenities are excellent. Clean pools and hot tub surrounded by well landscaped outdoor areas just steps to the sandy beach. Loved the tall Adirondack chairs and table on the deck. We ate on the deck all week! Quiet bedroom for sleeping. Very nice bathrooms. Only complaint; the bed arched toward the floor on both sides, one kitchen cabinet was off the hinges and the unit could use a few more medium sized pots for cooking. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Lack of beach experience
Lack of access to water, bathroom and beach, Public access to beach all provide a clean porta potty but ours was locked. We did not have consistent use of water as we came off the beach. Lastly, we had to put our stuff on the beach by 7:15 if we didn’t want to fight the rental umbrellas for beach space. Was told “they have to cover the front of building “ so they left no beach views everyone else."
