"Our stay at waters edge
Well we were moved out of room 403 into room 310 and I must say we were disappointed in the app rearrange of the room. The couch and bed were ok but the kitchen needed equipped better and we had to go to Walmart to purchase a few things we needed. It definitely needs update. Can’t believe anyone would be happy paying the price to rent the unit when it is such bad shape. The washer and dryer had to be replaced the first week and the dishwasher the next week but I must say the staff jumped right on it and had the replacements within 24 hours. The staff was very nice to work with. Crystal,Megan, John,Jason and Mike did a great job with any issue we had. "

"Our stay
The bed was too hard and the blinds in the bedroom do not block out the lights from the parking area. We left early because we couldn’t sleep. The coffee maker was filthy. We would stay at the resort again but not this condo."

"Always love Watersedge
We’ve been staying at Watersedge for over 25 years. I always enjoy our time here. I booked late this year so I didn’t get one of the renovated rooms
so our room was outdated. None the less we enjoyed our stay!!"

"Overall Resort and Condo 310
Overall opinion is that this place could be amazing. The property is not kept up and the rooms are missing things for the price being charged.
Items that need immediate attention:
1. Rooms need more convenience items. There were no toiletries, no dish soap, no laundry detergent, no extra garbage bags.
2. Parking doesn’t seem to be enforced. Saw multiple cars with no tag.
General Comments:
1. Rooms look run down.
2. Room 310 dryer needs to be fixed. The top is bent and the drum scrapes. Very loud.
3. No privacy on the balcony. Walls between rooms should have been extended to the end of the railing.
4. Room 310 needs minor repairs throughout.
5. Room 310 bed comforter is gross. Suggest washing those every once on a while. "

"Worst stay ever experienced
Our unit was 310; on the description it was stated it was newly renovated. That wasn’t true. We had issues with dishwasher , a broken cabinet and there’s a leak from the unit above that caused mildew in our bathroom. We tried to speak with management but they refused to change us unit without charging extra. Also they promised a credit of 210$ and we never got it. We tried to reach Anita several times but she ignored us. Also that unit is not confortable, ex: lots of essential missing, only 4 bowls for a family of 5, beds are very uncomfortable. This unit needs major renovation, you need to be honnest in the description and especially you need to answer your clients back and not ignore them or give them false promises. Finally, my husbands family used to own a different unit at waters edge and he came for 30 years. But we will never go back because management ignored us and lied about our credit that we never received . They have yet to contact us back, we left several messages . "

"Needs better parking garage
Room 310 very out dated. Smelled of cigarette smoke every time we walked back in. The two sofas were gross had to put a towel down to sit on them. Stay was ok view was good but probably won’t be back! "

"Waters Edge Unit 310
I have been staying at waters edge for a very long time. It has always been a convenient location. The past few stays, things have progressively gotten worse. The staff is great and I do understand that things have been tough since covid. My room was changed at the last minute and the unit I was placed in was not the best, the pools weren't clean, the indoor hot tub was out of orde, there was never any pool towels. Overall I didn't have an enjoyable stay this time, very disappointed. I normally book for the following year at checkout, I didn't do that this te. I will probably not be back."

"Winter retreat
We have stayed 2 months for 6 years in the same unit. Needs updating but is neat and clean. We stay because we like the location and the people we have met over the years. The building manager was a pain as she gave us **** for smoking on the breezeway and in parking area. She needs to learn the rules herself."

We had a great stay! The location is absolutely perfect....right on the beach.....everything you need is in the room....the washer/dryer really comes in handy for dirty beach clothes....will definitely visit again and recommend! "

"Great view!
We stayed in a one bedroom condo. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved having coffee watching the sun come up on the balcony overlooking the ocean. I also loved that restrooms were available right next to the pool. We didn’t have to go all the way back to the room!
Hot tub was nice. We would rent again "

Nice condo but extremely dirty. People would wash their feet and feet would be black with 2 or 3 steps. Fan over dining room table chain had been broken and fan was stuck on high. So you either had to sit in the dark or be blow away with fan. This was reported to front desk but never came to fix fan or even come up to investigate problem. "
