"Wasn’t that great this time.
Room was a little dated. I shouldn’t have had to come in and clean but it was a late check in. Lady at the front desk was very nice. John. I remember the name because he was rude as **** when I tried to let him know I had cleaned the first night. I had the room book a month in advance. My room should have been better cleaned. All dishes and utensils were yuck table outside had drink rings and a dirt film on it. Toilet rocked in one of the bathrooms. Water dripped from air duct on the dryer. Yuck on clean clothes. I still love waters edge. Just will not stay in this room ever again. Noted. "

"View from Heaven
My husband has Parkinson’s and we needed a location where he could enjoy the views of the beach from the patio. We were fortunate to get a unit on the first level and the view was perfect. We found everything to be clean, the staff to be helpful and the hospitality to be great. We will spend more time in the future at Waters Edge."

"Room was very dirty
Ive stayed here numerous times with no problem but this time The rooms were very dirty , not kid friendly very outdated when I spoke with management I was told they had not done end of season cleaning yet but.. the issue wasn't a deep cleaning problem it was every day cleaning the closets had a vacuum cleaner , and carpet cleaner a large mirror a floor fan so really no were to put personal items when we tried to hang our clothes they were touching these dirty items I was offered a 5 percent discount for my next Stay but no thank you for 1,400 dollars I'll stay elsewhere "

Waters Edge was not quite what I expected. The condo was very old and not cleaned properly. All the appliances were very old and our toaster didn’t work. When we got there the dishwasher had not been unloaded. It didn't feel very clean to even cook in the kitchen. The location beach front and oven view was the only good thing about Waters Edge. The staff was friendly and helpful but this place was just not what I expected owe the photos online and for the price. The pool was also not cery clean. For the money we paid I will not be staying there again or recommend to family or friends. "

We were moved to this room due to an issue in the original room we booked. We loved the location of the room overlooking the pool. The kitchen was decently stocked with needed cookware and clean. The beds were uncomfortable. The outdoor spa was a great temperature to enjoy. We were disappointed that the indoor spa was shut down. Love how close the beach is to the pool deck! "

"Will Not Return
Disappointing stay. Will not return. Location to the beach was great and that was the only plus. Bottom of shower curtains were lined with mold. Tubs needed a good bleaching. They were stained on the bottom. Bedroom had not been vacuumed; sandy in areas. Two of the lamps did not work. Bedrooms had not been dusted in a while. Kitchen was okay. Outside table top was covered in sand. I would like to know what my cleaning fee expense went towards, because it was not for cleaning."

The temp was set at 70 degrees. Too cold for me.
Couldn't change it. Had to use blankets a lot.
