**DIRECT BEACH ACCESS** The Amazing, Oceanfront View of the Atlantic from the balcony of our one-bedroom condo is Priceless!
These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare meals when you don’t feel like
venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large living area boasts views for
miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on vacation. The bedroom
features a King Bed, and it offers a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There is a bathroom
located along the hallway with a shower stall. Additional sleeping arrangements include 2 sleeper sofas in the living room. There is a washer and dryer for your laundering needs located in the hallway as well.
The living area and bedroom have TVs for your viewing pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a
home away from home while enjoying the Beach!
Water’s is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!
Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s . The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!
**No Daily Housekeeping – We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmats, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, and a dishwashing packet**
**One-Bedroom Condos are allowed 1 Parking Pass**
**Motorcycles are Allowed**
**No Golf Carts and No Trailers are allowed in the garage area**
**Garage has a 6’9 – 6’7 (ramps) Clearance**
**NO PETS ALLOWED**
**This is a Non-Smoking Condo! Designated Smoking areas are located on the beach, outside the
resort, or in the parking garage area. NO Smoking is Allowed on the Balcony nor in the Condo**

"Relaxing Paradise
I have been coming to Waters Edge for several years. Just to let you know how long, the first year that me and my wife came down my daughter was eight and this year my daughter had her first child and I'm sure she will bring our grandson here next year. Not a bad condo, our family has stayed in several condos in waters edge this one suited our needs. Condo could use a new set of cook wear, new rugs, and a better housekeeper. We had to re-sweep when we arrived and the floors had not been mopped. The pull out sofa’s sheets had not been changed but we found the extra set for it. Also I like your website it it’s very straightforward and easy to book. The front desk person Jon is kinda rude when called about the reservation and rude when I reported the elevators not working. "

"Vacation rental review
Overall a good experience. My only complaint would be that whoever cleaned the room did not do a great job. When we arrived the bed was dirty and the sheet wasn’t even pulled up over the bed. It looked like they just pulled the comforter over top everytbing. I had to take everything off of the bed and wash it. Other than that we have no complaints and was satisfied with our room and the resort. "

"2 months of agony
Over 15 years staying at Waters Edge, received email 1 week before check in that there might have inconvenience due to construction. 5 weeks of ear splitting noise, unable to use balcony for entire 2 months, sliding glass door locked, heat and air conditioning out for 3 weeks, hot tub unavailable for most of stay. Received no compensation for situation!!"

"Poor housekeeping of Waters Edge
I was very disappointed in the quality of the product paid for. The entire facility is extremely tired and needs a complete face lift. The layout of the unit was disgraceful. No soap, no Kleenex, no paper cups, no coffee filters. terrible towels, tiny 2nd bathroom. water leaking from ceiling in master bath. "

"Favorite vacation water’s edge Resort
Water’s Edge Resort is one of the best place to stay in Myrtle Beach SC. Specially when you are in group. My Family love the place and I thing it is the only one that has a hot tub outside. I will definitely come back as much as I can. Plus it’s kids friend. The staffs are wonderful. "

"Anniversary trip
The place was nice but there are to many fees. Admin Fee $50.00, there is a damage waiver for $89 that I think should be credited back to customer if no damage done (Other places refund that.) There is a departure fee clean for $55.00 that I don't think we should owe. It seemed clean when we were there however after my wife had a shower and was walking around barefoot for a few minutes before getting ready to go out her feet were black with dirt and she has to clean them before putting on her socks and shoes. We would like to stay again but not sure because of all of the fees. We might would recommend the place but we would definitely tell people about the fees "

"Beautiful view, but the bed is awful!
The view from the balcony was beautiful. We couldn’t sit out there at night due to the pot smoking neighbors, (didn’t complain because we still had several days left of vacation and didn’t want to make anyone mad.) The worst part was the bed! It was the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever laid on! It is awful!!!"

"Probably would not go back
They worked on 1 of the 2 elevators every day of our stay. Took forever to get anywhere! Also, because of a hurricaine (a week before our stay) the pool was closed. No one worked on it all weekend while were there. All the others pools were open down the beach. Pathetic. "

We enjoyed our stay at Water’s Edge, once again. For several years we have found the resort clean and comfortable. Office staff are helpful and friendly. Our condo this year was not as nicely furnished as previous ones. It was adequate, but others were brighter and more pleasing. However, we were grateful for a walk-in shower for my mother. "

"Our stay at Waters Edge Resort
Let me start by saying our room was incredible! Very clean great size and a great view. We couldn’t enjoy the pools or hot tubs because they were closed due to covid 19. The little bar on LL was great and the staff in there was very nice and sweet. The only 2 issues that I had was the elevator kept acting up and stuck us in a couple times for a few mins and the staff at front desk is not the friendliest of all people. Front desk could be a little more happier and greet their guest as they check in. I felt as if it was a bother for them to check us in. The girl was on the phone complaining to another employee about another not coming in to do house keeping while trying to check me in. I just over looked it and got my key and went to my awesome room. Overall we will be back prob in next couple months and I will be requesting that same room. "
