"Bad experience. Never rent this unit!
We would recommend Waters Edge as a fine rental property, for all the units previously rented were of terrific condition, however this unit is in badly need of updating. Carpets were worn and torn and furniture was the original from when the building was built in 1985. We are also owners in this facility and have an understanding of what it takes to maintain a decent rental property. This unit does not make the grade."

I have enjoyed my time at waters edge. The Staff is friendly and accommodating. Facility is always clean. I like the location because it is walking distance to Surfside and Garden City piers."

"Could have been better....
We always have loved Waters Edge. It is our go to place for beach vacations. This place was nice and clean, however the bed was miserable. It was so hard and uncomfortable to sleep in that we left a day early. I ended up sleeping on the couch, while my husband tried to weather the bed. I think at least getting a mattress topper would go a long way! "

"Not what I am used to at Water's Edge
Wood laminate(?) floor in unit left our bare feet, socks and bottoms of shoes filthy dirty. Not sure if the problem was due to floor cleaner, floor type, etc. Did not contact management as we were told at time of making reservation that this was the last unit available. Otherwise, unit was just ok. "

"Our vacation stay
We have stayed at Waters Edge for several years.
Overall a good stay. Our issues were lack of usable utensils and minimal cookware.
No sharp knife, spatula or any type of wooden spoon. The larger skillet-the enamel has been scraped off making it unsafe to use. The only baking pan/sheet was terribly stained.
We swept often but the broom and dustpan left a lot to be desired. Surfaces very dusty.
Lastly, the costant smoking on the balconies of neighbors.
Staff was excellent."

We were not really totally impressed. It was clean and all that. The toilets too low, the bed was like a trampoline, the couches were really uncomfortable. Other then that we did enjoy our stay. No cleaning items were available in the condo and carpet in bedroom was very dirty."
