"Like-new Amenities
Water's Edge is back with updated pools and hot tubs! After Hurricane Ian in 2022 destroyed the pools and hot tubs, my family stayed somewhere else in 2023 because Water's Edge was not back to fully functioning yet. But this year we came back to the place we have loved and vacationed at since 1986. I am happy to say the pools and hot tubs were once again the best of anywhere in Garden City!"

"Mixed Bag
We loved the location, pool deck layout/cleanliness, on-site security and welcoming management office. The condo, however, needs a little work. AC only kept us at 76 degrees. Dishwasher & dryer doors had to be slammed shut several times to catch or otherwise just opened themselves up at odd times. That said, the condo -- including the balcony -- was uber clean, the bath towels were spa-level plush, and it was over-all well-equipped. The beach is beautifully maintained and manicured each morning. We would come back in a heartbeat if they address the maintenance issues. "

Was seriously disappointed..pool and hot tub wasn't working..was told couldn't have extra towels to use the washer..was told to go to store and buy more toilet paper if we needed it..front desk guy was snobby as ****..will NEVER stay here again"

"Great Condo
This condo was really nice. It was on the 4th floor & we had a great view. You could even look out of the side window in the master bedroom & see all the people on the beach north of the condo. We were able to park just 2 floors down & were able to walk down the stairs to get to it. We always had a parking spot. The only thing I will say is to be sure you take extra toilet paper & a bar of soap. This condo was a great location also for the fireworks. We will be returning again soon."

We all had a great time. Front desk person was a bit less than enthusiastic and friendly at check in. Had to ask for additional keys for us. That was only time everyone wasn't friendly. Bar staff was exceptional as was karaoke DJ. Overall great stay!"

"New Location Experience
I went with a group to this property for the first time. The location is good, my room was clean and well furnished. The property general areas could have been cleaner but didn't affect my stay. To their defense, they were just a week or so away from recovering from a hurricane. The inside pool was open but the indoor hot tub was still out of service. Would stay again here."

Our stay was great! The location was perfect. The unit met all of our needs. The refrigerator leaked water. We put a glass under the drip so we could put food inside. That was only complaint. It was very clean unit and we would stay there again. The pool and hot tub needs work. Very dingy. "

Great location and friendly people everywhere. The only complaint I have is what is included with the price. For over $2,000 to rent, I would expect more than 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and the place to be a bit cleaner. "
