Waters Edge Resort is our favorite place to stay in Garden City! My daughter loved the Murphy bed! The unit was very well kept! Our kids loved the beach and the pool! We also loved watching the sun set from the private balcony each evening! Absolutely stunning!! �� "

"A wonderful stay with few complaints!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Water’s Edge Resort. Our 1 bedroom condo was clean, and spacious for 3 people. The staff was friendly, and the pools/spa area was well maintained. Our only complaint is that the beach store and restaurant which were previously open are now closed. While this won’t keep us from booking again next year, it was mildly disappointing to no longer have access to those amenities but still pay the same rates. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this resort to others."

"Beautiful stay
Loved the resort. Loved our unit 1206..except the couch which was uncomfortable. Unfortunately we had someone in a nearby unit smoking weed on the balcony..even at that stunk. Pool deck and beach is awesome.
Would stay again."

"Unexpected Conditions
When we arrived at the facility to check in we were informed that the AC was not working and that the condo we reserved was being worked on and that we would have no access to the balcony. Needless to say both situations were quite unexpected. The person at the desk was very accommodating and moved us to a Condo that did have balcony access which saved our trip !!! The AC did not work the entire 4 days we were there but having the ability to open the sliding glass door onto the balcony provided plenty of breeze to keep us and the condo cool. We were very appreciative of the staffs quick response to our concerns. "

"Great location. NO clean towels. Disappointed.
We received no clean towels during our 4 night stay. I was told I could wash them. They provided no detergent. The ladies at the check-in desk were very nice. The men were very rude. Great location. The pool and hot tub were nice.
Overall, I have to rate it a 2. We were required to carry out our trash before we left. "

"Major elevator problems & concerns
We loved our stay. However the elevator was a huge concern especially since we were on the 12th floor! It kept going out. Another guest told us this happens frequently and another one told us it happened last year during there stay as well. This is an issue that truly needs to be addressed. I saw several people having to carry their luggage up several flights of stairs. I would like to stay there again but can't take a chance on having to walk all those flights of stairs again. "

We had such a great experience at Waters Edge. The room and clean and roomy. The view was perfect. We had an issue with the air not working, we called to let them know and we had it fixed within the hour. I would highly recommend and excited to stay again. "
