**DIRECT BEACH ACCESS** The Amazing, Oceanfront View of the Atlantic from the balcony of our one-bedroom condo is Priceless!
These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare meals when you don’t feel like
venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large living area boasts views for
miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on vacation. The bedroom
features a King Bed and offers a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There is a bathroom
located along the hallway with a shower stall. Additional sleeping arrangements include a sleeper sofa
and murphy bed. There is a washer and dryer for your laundering needs located in the hallway as well.
The living area and bedroom have TVs for your viewing pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a
home away from home while enjoying the Beach!
Water’s is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!
Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s . The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!
**No Daily Housekeeping – We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmats, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, and a dishwashing packet**
**One-Bedroom Condos are allowed 1 Parking Pass**
**Motorcycles are Allowed**
**No Golf Carts and No Trailers are allowed in the garage area**
**Garage has a 6’9 – 6’7 (ramps) Clearance**

**This is a Non-Smoking Condo! Designated Smoking areas are located on the beach, outside the
resort, or in the parking garage area. NO Smoking is Allowed on the Balcony nor in the Condo**

The condo was in a very convenient location. The views from the balcony and the balcony furniture were great. The mattress needs to be replaced and instructions for troubleshooting the tv need to be placed in the unit.The amenities of the condo property were well appreciated.The office did answer questions and even helped with tv problems however they did seem put out when asked to help. Overall experience was enjoyable and the deficits would not keep me from renting again or recommending to others."

"Love the Beach
We really enjoyed our stay a Water's Edge. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the spacious balcony. Enjoyed the seafood especially at the Conch Cafe. We will be coming back.
We did have two issues that were not favorable. First is that the range top had not been cleaned at all. It had gooey, sticky stuff on the stove eyes and around the top edge. Second was that the refrigerator was warm inside. The desk clerk checked it and suspected that the door had not been closed completely. We turned the dial all the way down. It was okay the next day."

"It was very eventful
Condo was very nice, the problem was the smell permeating, from the condo below. An unfortunate event took place in the unit below the condo and we were not informed when asked if anyone had noticed a dreadful smell in the unit. Management told us no one had ever complained of the revolting order. Repeatedly we were told it maybe the air condition unit the drain ect. was causing the smell. Housekeeping came,and gave us many reason for the smell after talking to management 3 times. After being informed by a owner of another unit what had transpired below us, we asked to have management do something. They moved us to another unit which was beautiful. We spent 5 days 4 nights in a unit that had the most repulsive smell we have ever smelled. Management refused to acknowledge the revolting smell and knew about the incident before we arrived. We were very disappointed on how we were took 2 1/2 hours for us to move our things out of that unit into another, and then having to wash clothes that were hanging in the closet that the smell had permeated on to. Management should never have rented the unit knowing this. After speaking to other owners and guests they said that they were all aware of the issue. They did give us 20% off the unit before we arrived due to the fact there was no pool, hot tub and the entire bottom floor was demolished by a hurricane. They were not proactive about the situation, and was told if we had come back to say something earlier, they would have moved us. I say if you were aware of the issue why did you lie to us. The condo was clean the property itself was a mess due to the hurricane. If we had known the damage that was done and the unit would have had such had a nauseating smell, we never would have rented from them. I would have much rather them be honest from the start not try to make it our issue not theirs. "

"Great condo
This one has become one of our favorites. It is clean and well decorated. Kitchen is perfect and has everything you need. We did not use the Murphy bed. Main TV was a bit small and there was a glare on it when viewed from the recliners. Fix was to close the curtains. Sliding door is a bit difficult to open and close. Washer and dryer work well. Counter space is limited in the bathrooms. Nice to have covered parking. Overall a great place to stay."

"Waters Edge Resort 2nd stay
My intention was to book the SAME Room we had last year on the Lobby Floor....when we checked in we found out we were on the 8th Floor this year, AND that one of the 2 elevators was not working...and at times neither of the elevators worked. The staff was amazing, this affected them immensely. It was disturbing however that all Memorial Day weekend we kept hearing the part was being shipped overnight BUT it just never came until maybe Sunday the 26th.
Our room was great....nice a clean, internet connection was dismal at best...a guest for the months of Jan-Mar of this year put in the little notebook in the living room that for her whole time there in order for her to get internet connection she had to go to the Lobby, so by the end of May this had not been taken care of....One Last thing, when we make reservations can we request the room and the room we want? I thought I had room # 0104 but found out when I checked in I had room 0804."
