Relaxing, fun. We are fast realizing that Oct rentals are all about construction and repairs to the property. Elevators have always been a problem, in keeping them running, and this year was no different. With that said, rates for October should even be lower if all the repairs are being completed in Oct."

Family had a great time. Our two young granddaughters loved the pool and the beach. Amazing view from the oceanfront balcony. Condo 712 was as advertised, well appointed with a consistent beach theme. Updates after Hurricane Ian around the pool area very nice. Beautiful weather. Staff at Waters Edge was very easy to work with, quick and efficient check in and an answered all our questions. We can't wait to return. "

"Great weather
We stay at Waters Edge every year for the 4th of July. We enjoy the pool, hot tub and workout room. This vacation, the pool and hot tub were operational (yay). But the weight room was not. Our room was decorated nicely, however the dryer didn’t work. The air conditioning in the master bedroom didn’t cool the room. The door to the balcony from the living room was extreme hard to open/close. We had a great vacation with family and friends but will not stay in this unit again. "

Property was clean & comfortable. Location was good with food stores , places to eat & entertainment close by. Reservation process was easy & staff was very helpful when needed. Enjoyed the ground floor deck leading out to beach. Great for older adults who can enjoy the Sun & ocean breeze & not have to touch the sand if they prefer not to. "

"April 22 - Unit 712 at Waters Edge resort
Had a good week, spacious condo with beautiful view. Deck was best part w new furniture. This unit was OK, not fantastic. It's very dated and desperately needs updates on furniture. Sheets were fantastic, mattress was horrible, backache every day. Cabinets were very loose and mold on shower curtain. 3 bathrooms which is great, one tub plugged and wouldn't drain but property maintenance quickly resolved. No Keurig or pizza cutter or even basic salt/pepper. You need to bring EVERYTHING w you. It was nice to find beach chairs and wave boards, sand toys so one less thing to buy. Bring your own beach towels.Great ice maker but no bar area like some other units we saw. This unit will be great once owners invest in some updates and modernize. This property has a small bar downstairs w Kareoke which was fun and a store so kids got ice cream every day.I would recommend to owners to add digital lock, keycards are a royal PITA. Overall, 7 rating."

"A Great Trip!
The room was clean, but not sparkling. There was sand in the master bedroom bed and we had to wash the linens and mattress cover. There was hair in the tub, so we had to do a little cleaning when we first arrived. Overall the room was acceptable and we had great trip."

"Nice unit
The unit was nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will try to book again next year. The only thing that was strange was how hot the master bedroom was. We know a lot of Sun comes through the windows. We kept the curtains closed, but it was still very very hot. In addition, the water level and pressure was really low. Toilets barely had water. It would have been nice to know how to work the TVs as the sound was way off"

We stayed this time in 712. Decorated very tastefully. Floors weren’t very clean. Poor water pressure and drainage. Air in bedrooms not real great! Had to use fans. A soiled curtain in the den. Overall we love Waters Edge . Also this room on end with the air unit or something that was very noisy."

"Clean, updated condo with great view
Stayed in unit 712 with 6 girlfriends. The master is very spacious, nicely decorated and the other 2 bedrooms are nice but small for adults. The rest of the condo provided plenty of room for hanging out together. The balcony affords a fantastic view, just wish there was more/nicer seating. Overall this condo is nicely updated and we would stay here again. "
