**DIRECT BEACH ACCESS** Welcome to our paradise, a clean, well-furnished, 3 bed/2 bath condo in Garden City Beach. This large end unit sleeps up to 8 (2 King, 1 Queen, 1 sleeper sofa) and provides the perfect combination of ocean views, ease of access and privacy. Located on the 2nd floor of Water's Edge (Unit 212), conveniently park your car in our secure parking garage and walk directly into the resort and down the hall to your unit. Once inside you'll immediately notice the breathtaking views from the large private double balconies off the living room and master bedroom. Next, the comfort of quality furniture and the well-equipped kitchen with high-end furnishings allows you to enjoy your vacation with ease and convenience. Linens are provided as is a full-size washer and dryer inside the condo, ceiling fans and flat screen TVs in all rooms (w/ cable and/or smart TVs), wi-fi, DVD players, brand new HVAC, spacious living room, and large dining and bar area. The large floor plan and tiled floors make handicap access possible. Each rental includes parking for up to two vehicles. Wake up to a sunrise and relax to a sunset from the master bedroom taking in the sounds and sights of the ocean.
Water’s is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!
Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s . The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!
**No Daily Housekeeping – We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmats, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, and a dishwashing packet**
**Three-Bedroom Condos are allowed 2 Parking Passes**
**Motorcycles are Allowed**
**No Golf Carts and No Trailers are allowed in the garage area**
**Garage has a 6’9 – 6’7 (ramps) Clearance**
**NO PETS ALLOWED**
**This is a Non-Smoking Condo! Designated Smoking areas are located on the beach, outside the
resort, or in the parking garage area. NO Smoking is Allowed on the Balcony nor in the Condo**

**3 Night Minimum Rental – Some owners have a minimum 7-night rental during peak season

"Our Happy Place
We have stayed at Watersedge many times over the past 30+ years- with extended family and without- perfect for all ages. Easy walking distance to pier in one direction ( And Sams!) and to the Conch going the other direction. We like being in the quieter area away from the strip. "

"As Close To Perfect As We Could Imagine
This Condo was perfect for us, being on the 2nd floor we could just park and walk to our door! It took a long time for us to go on a vacation again due to the pandemic. Our daughter is disabled and our family has some immune issues so this has been really scary for us but a much needed vacation won. Lost my brother to Covid early on. I explained to the reservationists and was assured that everything is disinfected between guests. So that helped me pull the trigger on booking it. This condo was beautiful and clean, now for peace of mind I did go in first and disinfected everything again before my family came in. We loved our stay here and even stayed an extra night. The view is the best, the beds were comfortable and the place just felt wonderful with all the convenient extras. The shower in the master bedroom was great for my daughter which is something hard to find. My daughter loved this place, have never seen her happier and I would not take any amount of money for that smile! The balconies gave her a sense of freedom that she loved.. Everything worked as far as appliances are concerned and we have stayed in places when that is not the case. All in all Waters Edge Resort is as close to perfect as you can get with the view and amenities there. There is a gift shop, restaurant, bar, 2 pools and 2 Hot tubs inside and out. If you don’t want to go anywhere you don’t have to. That was very appealing to us because of the pandemic. The one thing that bothered me was there were too many people there and too many without masks, I wasn’t comfortable with taking my daughter to the pools or beach there and so we went to a less crowded area. I’m sure this wouldn’t have bothered me as much in a different time. We thought not many would be there this late in the year."

Could not check in on time due to condo being dirty. Pool was cold and filthy with black stains. Pool equipment area very unorganized and dirty. Room had outdated bedding and not enough dishes etc. Condo building very old and needs major renovations. Inside hot tub did not work and was roped off. Front desk staff was rude and overwhelmed. Stairway disgusting and needs to be cleaned and painted. Condo unit needs a detailed cleaning and plumbing fixtures were gross. Bathroom seat kept coming loose from toilet."

"Wonderful and relaxing vacation
We had a much need vacation at Waters Edge. The condo was very clean. Kids loved the indoor heated pool. I was pleasantly surprised by the Christmas Dinner from Cracker Barrel in the fridge when we arrived Dec. 26th. It was so appreciated because we were not able to have Christmas dinner on Christmas day, my husband worked and we were unable to gather with our family. Thank you for a perfect stay. "
