"Beach Trip 2025
Really enjoyed our stay. The only draw back is the HOA rule of only one parking spot allowed for a two bedroom condo. Makes it very difficult when traveling with four adults that drive two cars from areas."

"Snowbirds
I purchased a can opener , a new shower liner , which I left for next guest. I would suggest the owner make some updates on in side an outside Furniture. The dinning room table was very nice, beds were very comfortable. Was unable to figure out TV in living room, us old people need step by step instructions. Will be returning next winter, I love Waters Edge . The property is well maintained. "

"Labor Day Vacation
This is our 8th year staying at the Waters Edge Resort during our Labor Day Weekend Vacation. It never disappoints. Such a great place, with amazing amenities, right on the ocean. We have stayed in many different condos each year, and all are fantastic. Will be back Labor Day 2025. "

"Great Condo - 0602
Our 2nd time in this condo, since we liked it the first time! No problems at all (other than a few elevator issues); excellent view and well equipped condo. Definitely recommend! Our concerns are with WE mgmt practice re deposits/no refunds for cancellation, even for health (COVID-19) reasons, as we had another reservation for 3 weeks later, but came down with COVID in between and had to cancel, losing a $500 deposit. Seems unfair to keep it all when we were ill. Despite loving the condo and building location, we'll stay elsewhere on future SC trips."

"Month From ****
No heat or AC until 26th of March coupled with door to balcony closed so no ventilation. On the night it was going down to 25 degrees, tenants were told to turn oven up high and open the door (real comfortable feeling)!
Email a week before arrival stated limited use of balcony because of reconstruct. Didn't say constant grinding from 8-6 six days a week or that outside hot tub would only be opened a limited time and indoor hot tub was empty. To top it off, they began reconstruction of access to beach (deck) in the last week of March. Had to get it all done before the rents went up April 1st.
We have rented there in March 4 years but no more as was the general feeling of may of the Snowbirds (who pay the bills in the winter).
Absolutely no concern for tenants and no apology! The right thing to do was to close down those units-their option for people checking in was you could cancel but they keep the deposit (400.).
We felt ripped off and are done with Water's Edge Resort!"

"Beautiful condo!
We have stayed at Water's Edge many times and this was the best condo yet. Beautiful decor and very clean. That being said, when I booked the description was 2 bed, 2.5 bath, I was very disappointed to find no half bath. Management should definitely change the ad!! Also, the indoor hot tub has been broken for at least 3 years, why can't they get this fixed?? And they should tell you up front that it does not work!"

This is our second summer staying here and we love it! The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. Being so close to the pool with having the option of the pool with kids is great. We will definitely be back next summer!"

"Wonderful trip
We had a great trip. The condo we rented was one of the best we had stayed in before. The decor was beautiful. Would highly recommend unit 602. Only complaint was that the Two bedroom unit only had one parking space alloted to it. Other than that, it was wonderful."
