**DIRECT BEACH ACCESS** The Amazing, Oceanfront View of the Atlantic from the balcony of our one-bedroom condo is Priceless!
These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare meals when you don’t feel like
venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large living area boasts views for
miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on vacation. The bedroom
features a King Bed, and it offers a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a bathroom
located along the hallway with a shower stall. Additional sleeping arrangements include a sleeper sofa in the living area. There is a washer and dryer for your laundering needs located in the hallway as well.
The living area and bedroom have TVs for your viewing pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a
home away from home while enjoying the Beach!
Water’s is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!
Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s . The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!
**No Daily Housekeeping – We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmats, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, and a dishwashing packet**
**One-Bedroom Condos are allowed 1 Parking Pass**
**Motorcycles are Allowed**
**No Golf Carts and No Trailers are allowed in the garage area**
**Garage has a 6’9 – 6’7 (ramps) Clearance**
**NO PETS ALLOWED**
**This is a Non-Smoking Condo! Designated Smoking areas are located on the beach, outside the
resort, or in the parking garage area. NO Smoking is Allowed on the Balcony nor in the Condo**
**We Love to Host our Monthly Guests October-March each year. Call us to inquire about our Monthly
Specials!**
**3 Night Minimum Rental – Some owners have a minimum 7-night rental during peak season

We have rented this unit for the last 3 years. It has many updates and we always enjoy our stay.
This year there is a small cafe that has been added, the food was excellent, they even service ice cream. We will definitely be back next year. "

Unit309 was exceptional - it was so very clean and inviting from the first step into the condo! I wipe down upon my arrival and it was spotless. The ocean views were spectacular. The owners of this condo have the room very nice and updated decor and the bed provided the best sleep ever! The washer and dryer was the best I have had in a vacation rental. You will not regret if you stay at this condo. Thank you for keeping it so nice. The cleaning crew at the Waters Edge stay on top of the condo building. The property description matched. Check out the Rustic Table in Pawley's Island for dinner and Benjamins for breakfast! "

"Condo Review
Not a good experience. When we got there, the master bath sink was clogged with brown stuff coming up the drain. Maintenance put some powerful chemicals down the drain which worked but left a chemical film all over the mirror, sink and shelf above the toilet. Since he didn't know to tell the front desk we needed cleaning service to clean the bathroom, we had to do it the next day. It was hard to tell how far the chemicals went. Did NOT feel clean after that. Had a main water break above us and the pool was closed from Tuesday till we left on Friday due to someone throwing glass from an above balcony. We have stayed at many hotels for less than what we paid here but thought we would try it. Won't do it again. In a hotel, if you need extra toilet tissue, they bring it to you. Here, if you needed more toilet tissue, you go to the store and buy it!"

"October Getaway at Water’s Edge
Been coming to Water’s Edge for years!! It has exactly what we want - clean rooms, clean building, directly on the beach, every room is waterfront, perfect sized outdoor hot tub and pool, large deck with plenty of chairs with access to a bar and store, walking distance to Garden City and its pier! Never going anywhere else....."

"Always My Favorite Place To Stay
We have been coming to Water’s Edge 1-2x a year for about 6 years. We love the convenience. It’s never overcrowded even when rooms are full. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We especially loved the kind security guard. He diligently patrolled the area and made us feel like our they took extra steps to make our property safe. All around 5 stars"

"Wonderful Vacation
This is our 4th time at Waters Edge Resort and we love each time we come! This was the perfect floor for a beautiful view of the ocean. "Updated condo overlooking pool & ocean ��
Enjoyed ceiling fans in the LR and BR. There is a wine cooler!! Well-equipped kitchen with a big island and 6 tall chairs for meals. (Maybe not the best condo for toddlers.) No tub, but two nice showers and never ran out of warm water. See the beautiful ocean view from the balcony and living room too. Close to the elevator, but cannot hear it. Enjoyed covered parking."

"Very Nice Accommodation in a Great Location
The condo was exactly as pictured. It was well-equipped and in a great location. The bed was comfy and the linens were so soft! The property has an indoor/outdoor pool, a bar, 2 fitness rooms, and a cafe which was under renovation. We would definitely stay there again. Garden City is a great location!"

The condo we booked looked exactly as I expected it from the pictures on the website. This was a very comfortable unit with everything we needed. Spectacular view and even though it was March and a little chilly, the beach looked very inviting.
We would definitelty choose the Water's Edge Resort again!"
