**DIRECT BEACH ACCESS** The Amazing, Oceanfront View of the Atlantic from the balcony of our one-bedroom condo is Priceless! These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare meals when you don’t feel like venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large living area boasts views for miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on vacation. The bedroom features a King Bed, and it offers a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There is a bathroom located along the hallway with a shower stall. Additional sleeping arrangements include a sleeper sofa and murphy bed in the living area. There is a washer and dryer for your laundering needs located in the hallway as well. The living area and bedroom have TVs for your viewing pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a home away from home while enjoying the Beach!
***These owners provide 2 beach chairs along with an umbrella for you to enjoy the beach without having the additional fees of renting chairs or the hassle of bringing your own with you.***
Water’s is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!
Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s . The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!
**No Daily Housekeeping – We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmats, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, and a dishwashing packet**
**One-Bedroom Condos are allowed 1 Parking Pass**
**Motorcycles are Allowed**
**No Golf Carts and No Trailers are allowed in the garage area**
**Garage has a 6’9 – 6’7 (ramps) Clearance**
**NO PETS ALLOWED**
**This is a Non-Smoking Condo! Designated Smoking areas are located on the beach, outside the
resort, or in the parking garage area. NO Smoking is Allowed on the Balcony nor in the Condo**

**3 Night Minimum Rental – Some owners have a minimum 7-night rental during peak season

We have been staying a Waters Edge for decades. We were very pleased with Unit 209. We come twice a year and this is going to be our Unit of choice from now on. It is beautifully decorated and is furnished with everything we could possibly want or need. There is one thing I would like to request. It would be very helpful if you would provide simple printed instructions on how to operate the TVs. "

"Water's Edge guests for 18 years
We have been coming here since 2005. Since then have brought our family from literally all over the US. Nevada California, Ohio, Florida. This year we were very upset. Getting notice 2 weeks prior that non of the amenities would be available. There was absolutely no way we could arrange 7 more condos somewhere else at such short notice. We had 24 guests this year. The past 2-4 years this place has seriously gone down hill. Unfortunately,we are looking into another vacation place to accommodate all of us. Our room could have definitely been cleaner but all in all the room was nice. Hard bed but decent. Next years prices are not worth coming back."

"Very unpleasant
Pool so dirty we didn't even get in. Floors in room dirty. Wore shoes the whole time even getting on and off bed. I feel like I wasted my money paying about $1200 for what we got for 3 nights. Would like some kind of refund. The pics looked so good online and then we get there and see old tried to be covered up with new. Man working at desk was just plain blunt. What he said was it and nothing else. Will never return to this place and will tell others to not waist their money on this place if I don't get some type of refund."

"Waters Edge Resort
The resort is old, had a weird smell to it, and needs a lot of work. I’m sure it was very nice in its heyday. During the entire month that we stayed at Waters Edge there was construction going on. The air conditioning and heat did not work at this time. There was a lot of dust from the construction and had the air conditioning been working, it would’ve helped to filter out the air. We kept the sliding door open on our condo always, but there were so many cigarette and cigar smokers that made our ability to enjoy the fresh ocean air very difficult. We did not find the front desk woman, Carissa to be very warm, friendly, hospitable or accommodating, except t if you were an owner at the resort. The ocean view was very nice and the condo was nice too, but the king size bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Time for a new mattress. The pool did not open outside until our last week there, but the construction around the pool made it difficult to access with all the caution tape. "

"Girls Trip
Overall the trip was great! Condo needs extra batteries for remotes since our main tv remote died one evening. Our stay was interrupted by a service call on the unit dryer which we didn’t make. I think these could be scheduled for times between check-in/check-out. Front office is hard to get in touch with for info/issues."

"2021 Stay
Our stay was alright. Our dryer never worked through out our 5 day stay which was very frustrating. Maintenance came twice to “fix it” but it never ended up working. Also we spent about 2 days without WiFi which was alright since we didn’t spend much time in the room, but it was annoying that we couldn’t use our phones and the TVs didn't work either without the internet. I had high expectations for this place, as our stay a few years ago was great, but unfortunately was disappointed. "

"AMAZING CONDO!!!
The condo was an absolute dream! It is everything you need for a short vacation or a longer vacation. It’s perfectly decorated for a beach condo. It’s very clean and in a great location. The price is wonderful for all that you get. I would highly recommend staying here. I will be back and continue to rent this condo when I come to the beach. "
