**DIRECT BEACH ACCESS** The Amazing, Oceanfront View of the Atlantic from the balcony of our one-bedroom condo is Priceless! These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare meals when you don’t feel like venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large living area boasts views for miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on vacation. The bedroom features a Queen Bed and offers a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There is a bathroom located along the hallway with a shower stall. Additional sleeping arrangements include a sleeper sofa and a queen air mattress with a pump. There is a washer and dryer for your laundering needs located in the hallway as well. The living area and bedroom have TVs for your viewing pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a home away from home while enjoying the Beach!
Water’s is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!
Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s . The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!
**No Daily Housekeeping – We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmat, Starter trash bags, Starter toilet paper, Starter paper towel, and a dishwashing packet**
**One-Bedroom Condos are allowed 1 Parking Pass**
**Motorcycles are Allowed**
**No Golf Carts and No Trailers are allowed in the garage area**
**Garage has a 6’9 – 6’7 (ramps) Clearance**
**NO PETS ALLOWED**
**This is a Non-Smoking Condo! Designated Smoking areas are located on the beach, outside the
resort, or in the parking garage area. NO Smoking is Allowed on the Balcony nor in the Condo**
**We Love to Host our Monthly Guests October-March each year. Call us to inquire about our Monthly
Specials!**
**3 Night Minimum Rental – Some owners have a minimum 7-night rental during peak season
(Memorial Day to Labor Day)**
**All Condos are Individually Owned. Decorations, furniture, and amenities within the condos will
vary**

"Relaxing and Great time
It had been a few years since our last beach trip. But decided to go back this year, the Watersedge is exactly how I remembered it. Very friendly and helpful staff, great amenities and not alot of hustle and bustle. Absolutely perfect. "

"Vacation week of July 21
My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in room 1004. We love the room because it has a recliner which my husband needs for his back pain . The stay was uneventful and very pleasant. On the third day, we noticed that the ceiling fan did not work in the living room. We hadn’t tried to use it but the chain looked like it was broken to turn in on. When I checked out , I told the man at the desk. He reprimanded me for not telling him sooner. I felt he was very rude! He said if I had told them , then they could have it fixed for the next guest. The previous guest apparently didn’t tell them either because it wasn’t fixed for us! You have a nice complex but the staff certainly needs some guest relations training. We pay too much to be treated rudely. "

"Time for detail
We have enjoyed waters edge in the past. This time our rental had full dishwasher full of dishes and the balcony was not clean and had garbage and previous renters shorts and under garments which made me question overall cleanliness of place. "

Loved the oceanfront view which was like we were on a boat right on the water. Condo had everything we needed, comfortable bed and the location was convenient to wonderful restaurants!

We have stayed at Waters Edge many times in the past, everything has always been perfect and we have always enjoyed our stay. This time I was disappointed that we paid full price and the pools and hot tubs and the complete deck were not repaired and could not be used. I think you should offer a discount because of this. "

We stayed in room 1004, very nice. Until I unpacked and found a pair of underwear in the top drawer. I asked who cleaned the room and was told the staff. Then I thought it was odd we only had one coffee cup, come to find out on the day we were leaving and were going to run the dishwasher it was FULL of clean dishes.

"WE unit 1004
We can not say enough about how great unit 1004 was and how accommodating the owerners are. The condo is beautifully decorated and the furniture and bed are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals the 4 months we were there. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked again for next winter. Unit was clean and well kept.
On the negative side which has nothing to do with unit 1004 we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the common areas including indoor pool and especially pool deck and outdoor pool area. This was our 3 rd year staying at WE and it was definitely not near as clean as other years. Abig negative for sure. "

"My stay
We have stayed at Waters Edge many times and have had very few issues. This time we were in unit 1004 and it was clean and well kept. We had an issue with the TV and your maintenance man corrected it immediately.
Our only disappointment this trip was in regard to your rates. They were higher than comparable condos in the area. "
