Cancellations: As an initial deposit, we take 50% of the reservation total at the time of your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Should you need to cancel prior to final payment (60+ days prior to arrival date), you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit.
Cancellations made after final payment (within 60 days of arrival date), are not eligible for refund. You are financially responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less cleaning and pet fees. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in order to be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable prepaid travel expenses.
Refunds: Conditions beyond our control i.e. weather, road conditions, power outage, government mandated travel restrictions, TV outage, phone outage, Wifi outage, Hot tub problems or guest emergencies do not constitute a basis for refunds.

"Gorgeous view
The games room was great for the kids. We enjoyed the hot tub. The beach is very close and the weather was perfect. There was a couple dirty things like the shower curtain in the downstairs main bathroom but the majority of things were clean. There was lots of supplies and extras we forgot to bring which was very helpful. The jets in the master bedroom Jacuzzi tub do not work. I missed that in the advertisement description but the hot tub outside was very nice. I love that you can bring you dogs and our poodles loved it also. I'd say it's definitely worth 1000$ a night but would not rent again during high demand times when it's more than that."

This house was great for our family of 10. The view is spectacular. The kids loved the game room, and we all enjoyed the awesome tide pools. The path to the beach took about 3-4 minutes with some rocks at the end. It was often cool and windy, but overall, I would highly recommend the TidePool house. "

Waking up every morning and having a cup of coffee with a beautiful view was so worth it. The house is very roomy and spacious. It has all the utensils and small appliances you need. Furniture and patio furniture can use some upgrades. Overall beautiful quiet beach town."

"Great Stay at Dillon Beach!
We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The location and the view was fantastic! The floor plan worked great for us 3 couples. We checked in and thought we would go off exploring but never left! We hiked to the beach, had fun in the game room. Ate breakfast on the deck and enjoyed the view! We would definitely rent this home again. "

"Beautiful home, everything you could ask for
We were looking for a nice house on the beach with great views, close enough to hear the waves. This home had so much more. A beautiful kitchen with everything you need, a hot tub, jacuzzi tub, nice beds, bbq, the bonus was the magnificent game room. We enjoyed all of the amenities while having family time that will hold a fabulous memory forever. We’ll be back for sure!"

"Amazing view
The view & location are amazing, the house itself is getting a bit dated and could use a refresh. Kitchen was well stocked, small appliances were older but most worked, pots/pans were in good shape & plenty of dish ware. The dishwasher door spring was not quite working so the door would not stay down. The shower values were extremely complicated which was quite surprising for a rental house. The bedrooms were definitely in need of fresh paint, you could see where there had been a leak from the upstairs bathroom into the lower bedroom and the touch up paint did not quite match. The upstairs bed had a nice mattress topper, the 2 downstairs beds could have used one too as the mattresses were quite firm. Hot tub was great and worked well, easy to operate, plenty of outdoor furniture! The garage/game room was really well stocked but we stayed in Jan when it was colder so it was really cold being in the garage w/o heaters."

The house was perfect for 10 people or less. We had three generations enjoy Thanksgiving Week together. Lots of views from this house of the ocean. Nicely appointed bedrooms all with King size beds. Largest Master Bedroom has bunk beds in walk in closet. Great room has a queen size sofa bed. Path to beach next to house and 10 minutes from house. Great house to cook in, relax and lots of adult and kid family games in garage such as ping pong, foosball. Pool and darts in garage. We didn’t drive anywhere the four days we were there."

"Tidepool Review.
Hot water heater, WIFI and heater in house didn’t work upon arrival. Barstools on kitchen counter are falling apart. Hot tub control panel showed service over due and some jets didn’t work, missing latches on cover, blew off in winds. Shuffleboard table legs very loose, pucks broken. Some lights didn’t work. Upstairs toilet float sticks, handle to freezer kept falling off. Many of the features on the three showers didn’t work. Your staff worked very hard to get water heater and heater fixed and we appreciated the one night comp you gave us. We had to alter our plans for the first two days due to the heat and water issues. "

The perfect place to stay for a large family. Short walk to the beach is always a plus and the view was spectacular. The game room offered non stop fun for the kids while the adults could enjoy the peace and quiet in the main house. Loved watching the deer every evening at dinner time. "

We enjoyed ourselves for the 2nd time at this rental with our family.
The coffee maker was not working and was replaced rapidly. Thank you.
One large wine glass got broken in the dishwasher, sorry.
It was very warm inside when we arrived, and we opened the doors to cool it down. later with all the stormy weather it got cool, and we were unable to make it as comfortable as we would like with small children. We did use the fireplace, but it did not make much change. Perhaps we didn't know how to use it properly.
My only real problem was the internet. It was very weak and short ranged. I set my android phone (with AT&T) to wireless but 80% of the time I had no service. I needed to communicate back home but couldn't. My daughter had an iPhone and was able to use it more often. I would hope that you could make improvement in that feature.
We were there when the bad storm hit. We lost power several times but adapted fine. In the morning just before we left, we noticed the barbeque was no longer on the deck and the gutter over the garage was damaged.
We look forward to visiting again next year.

"A Perfect Retreat with Stunning Views
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tide Pool. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views that greeted us. The location of the house is perfect! Just a short walk to get to the beach, and the village. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is wonderful for cooking with a group. We had an issue with the BBQ not lighting and the management were right on it. They were quick to reply, so friendly and helpful. The game room was another highlight of our stay. It offered a great space for entertainment. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed gorgeous Dillon Beach sunsets on the expansive deck! We look forward to staying at Tide Pool again!"

"Great House but not really close to the beach per sey
Just so you know, the game room is detached from the house. The pic going down to the beach is a little misconceiving. The path next to the house is ok until you get to the bottom. You will be going down on your butt over the rocks to get to the small beach areas. Overall, the house was nice. Basically, a 3 bedroom. The master upstairs has bunkbeds in a closet. There is a couch that is a hid-a-bed in the livingroom. Ocean veiw was great. No fenced in area for your pup.(which they stated). The BBQ ingniter didn't work. The dishwasher door when opened and the bottom drawer pulled out basically put everything on the floor. (be carefull). We let the propery management know. It would have been nice to know which type of coffee maker they had which was both regular perk & Kuerig. Overall with the hiccups, it was good. "

"Great vacation home
My nine family members and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The location is wonderful, we found everything we needed supplied. We were so busy we didn’t get to use the wonderful game room enough. It was an easy walk to the beach except for my over eighty self. The beds and linens were very good. The hot tub needed servicing but that was the negative. I would love to spend time there again. Family memories were made. "

"Great family getaway
I will preface this that overall, our stay was great. There were some things that were "interesting", like the bunkbeds were in the closet. Which left little to no air flow. My son nicknamed it the "asylum room". So we moved the mattress to the floor of our bedroom. But overall the house had lots to offer. The game room was in the garage and had a separate entrance, but was filled with fun things, nonetheless. The showers were nice but we had our older father come and there were no walk in showers in the lower level of the home so that was kind of hard. But I think that I personally just need to be better at looking for that when reserving a home (that's not on owner). Like I said overall our time was awesome at the Tide Pool. It is a little pricey, which then makes you really nitpick the little things like crayon on the walls, dirty windows, cobwebs, broken screens, see through drapes, bunk beds in closets. But we love Dillon Beach and were just happy to be there with that amazing view. And the hot tub was a "must"! Especially with that view. "

"Family Fun
So much fun! We had a four day stay at "Tide Pool" and could not have been happier. First of all Wine Country to Coast were excellent resources for us and responded promptly to our needs, which were few. Description of the property on the website is reflective of what you will get when you walk into the house which was clean and inviting. Easily accommodated our 10 people comfortably, with lots of space, seating and a great kitchen (well stocked) for entertaining. The weather went from sunny and shirt sleeves to stormy, wet, and cold over the course of our stay yet we never wanted for anything as the temperature remained perfect and windows and doors were well maintained to mitigate the rain and cold temps that accompanied the storms. Game room was good although for us a bit too cold on the bad weather days. I would recommend this property without hesitation. "

"Relaxing Place to stay
The living room, dining room, and kitchen area are very relaxing and beautiful full views of the ocean. Loved quick jaunt to beach right down the hill. The bed was pretty stiff in master. Showers need instructions on how to use. Jacuzzi spa in upper bedroom was not functional or if it was it was not understandable to use. The outside hot tub was very enjoyable to use and have a view of the ocean as you sat in it. Really comfortably fits 8 people as the pull out in the living room is a pain to use as both bedroom and living area each day but doable. Pictures seem to indicate the game room had a bed in it but it's the garage and then there is a loft above garage where there is another sitting room but pretty cold during winter months to use as a sitting room as above and open to garage. Garage is separate from the house. The heat was also locked so lowest could go was 62 and sometimes that was too hot for the day. Overall a nice place to use with views but layout of house would of been have been good to see online. But would use again if open as functional. "

"Nice location, floor plan and management
We had a great time. The location is greatif you need a larger house. Beach access is doable if you’re fairly fit (steep and rocky—a long stretch/step at the bottom). The home had a useable floor plan. Clean, well stocked and mostly maintained. Missing screens on 2 of the 3 sliders. We had them all open and a bird flew in. Ice maker dispenser broken, which was a pain, and bedding had to be replaced due to funky/sour smell. Could be housekeeping didn’t let them dry completely before making the bed. Upstairs is stuffy due to no cross ventilation. Some of the kitchy decor could be removed for a more pleasing aesthetic. All in all a good home, but for the high price we expected perfection or close to it. "

"Paying for the location
The location is unbeatable but the house hasn’t been very well maintained. We have stayed at this house several times over the years and the views and the ease of walking to the beach are amazing. With that being said over the years the house continues to deteriorate- some touch up paint, replacing ripped curtains, fixing of misc broken items (windows, etc.) would really help. Most houses in this area are older but when you are paying top dollar for a relatively newer home in a great location you’d think a few hundred bucks would be spent on up keep. Not sure if we will rent here on our next visit as there are other older homes with a decent location that aren’t so pricey. "

"Great time had by all
We stayed at Tide Pool for a week in March 2021. Our family had a wonderful stay. The upstairs bedroom with the small room with a bunk bed next to it was perfect for my son, daughter-in-law and there two young boys. The fact that there was a bathroom for each bedroom was very convenient. The game room was fun, but at this time of year it was cold (no heat in the game room and loft). We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The large hot tub was broken, so there was a small one person (or maybe two person) hot tub set up.
We highly recommend Dillon Beach Property Management. They are very responsive. The house was clean and comfortable."

If it wasn't for the efforts of the Dillion Beach Vacation house team we may have walked on this rental.I think we have rented this house 5 or 6 times in November for a small family reunions (grandkids)The first couple of stays were fabulous! Then we could see the house begin to detriorate. Looked like hard use, to be expected from a rental property I suppose. However, broken bathrooms, hot tub with nearly all of the jets missing, a dishwasher that doesn't work, furniture that's falling apart is a little over the top for a $6000. a week rental! Please don't get me wrong, Dillion Beach Vacation rentals has done a great job of making it right (without prompting)THANK YOU! However, it would have been much nicer just to come and enjoy the property without the limitations. We live in the Sierras with numerous vacation properties in our neighborhood which makes us aware of the pitfalls into vacation rental. So because of the last few years events, we will be taking our business to Sea Ranch! Sad! I've be visiting Dillion every year since I was 12. I'm 65 now. Please pass this message to the owner. Time to fix it or quit! Again THANK YOU Dillion Beach Vacation Rental for the job you can't be easy!!

"Dillon beach retreat
We spent two nights at this property with my son and family. We wished we could have stayed longer. The kids loved the game room. The access to the beach was very easy. One day I sat at the porch watching dolphins swim back and forth at a distance while my grandson braved the cold waters. The kids also enjoyed flying kites at the beach. I woke up one morning to see three deer chilling in front of the house. "

What a wonderful location! Such easy access to the beach. This home was very spacious and had a lovely updated kitchen . Our favorite place was the hot tub on the back porch.
The Master bath had a lovely deep jetted tub for two but unfortunately the jets would not turn on and turning on the bathroom lights kept blowing the fuse. Other than that the house was great and the bonus room with ping pong, shuffleboard and pool table was lots of fun! "

"Spectacular ocean views
The property management team was excellent - someone ALWAYS picked up the phone or called back soon. Same good response with emails. We had a problem with an electrical breaker for the hot tub and they had help out at the house within about an hour.
Ocean views from the living room, deck, and hot tub were spectacular. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked well. The game room ping pong table, pool table, and shuffleboard were all in functional working order although definitely not brand new.
A minor point that would make the property more "senior friendly" - please trim the iceplant by the steps down from the driveway so we can reach the handrail more easily.
Not a complaint - just an FYI for future guests - the beach trail beside the house might be risky for seniors or young children especially after a rain when it is slippery. There are some steep drops in spots where the trail narrows. But it is only a walk or short drive of several blocks to easy beach access with paid parking.
Highly recommended!"

"Tide Pool Vacation
My family and I (5 adults) enjoyed 5 nights at Tide Pool. We were fortunate to have perfect mild to warm weather, unusual for October. The house was perfectly located on a cliff next to the beach path. We saw many deer and hawks. The house had 3 showers, however only one was working shower. The master shower had an out of order sign, and the shower in the hall down stairs had a drainage issue. Although there was also a tub in the master bathroom with a spray nozzle, that could be used while sitting in the tub, my family choose to all use the same functioning shower. The beds all had mattresses that were covered with a vinyl/slippery fabric. There beds did not have mattress pads or fitted sheets. The result was the bottom sheet instantly slid off the mattress. The beautiful kitchen, although well appointed with many fancy kitchen gadgets lacked regular drinking glasses. "

"2018 holiday house
The space in the house worked well for our 7. Our concerns were the lack of grab bars in the shower/tub area. Being elderly I dared not take a chance of falling. The sleeping pillows were lumpy.
Also a lack of adequate reading lamps at bedside, and it would have costed the owners little to
provide the small bath bar soaps, shampoo/conditioners and hand lotion. Yes, the
instructions did mention the soap but 4 of our guests forgot to bring a bar. We never did find a salad bowl but used a large skillet instead. "

"Perfect for family with kids
We had a terrific time with our kids and grand-kids (ages 2-8). Close enough to the beach that we could easily get to the sand, but not so close that we worried about a toddler sneaking out and getting to the water alone. The large open family room area was great for congregating - we could easily see the little kids from the kitchen & dining table.
The BBQ grill is large enough to accommodate a lot of food. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses, pans, paper towels, etc.
The playroom equipment is a little battered, but it was still fun. The toddler play kitchen was a big hit with our gang!!
Bring your own hairdryer if you need one. "

Great location with functionality issues. Master shower was broken at the time of our visit...ice maker in fridge not working correctly. No screens on doors or windows and in order to get a breeze flies and yellow jackets were coming in so could not open windows or sliding doors. On a positive note the views were beautiful and the deck was enjoyed when the yellow jackets weren’t there."

"Tide Poo.l has many benefits
The proximity to the trail to the beach is good, but creates a lot of foot traffic. Not terribly private, and hot tub has no "privacy" either. Wish the deck were enclosed so children (and pets) could be out there. All guests complained their beds were hard and uncomfortable; probably time to replace the mattresses. Kitchen was GREAT the radiant floor heat amazing too.Number of bathrooms and how beautiful they were was certainly a plus.

Once we figured out the light switches to lights we did great. The pool table etc. were great, us old folks had fun as well as the two teens. Rocking chair it really neat but needs some TLC (Glue/Screws) Hall Lights blinked on and off. Called them about that - might be wiring. Need night lights in bathroom. Great walk down the hill and nice to be so close to the path to the ocean."

Fantastic house. So much to do. Pathway easy down to beach but it's not safe if you have leg,hip issues. Careful if you have dogs. I noticed there are foxtails everywhere on the property and on the streets. Too hilly to ride bikes for little ones but one street over has 2 level cul de sac and safe area to ride around. Great natural air conditioning if you're sick of inland 105 degree weather!#"

"House needs maintenance, views are amazing.
Besides the great location and beautiful view, we rented this home for the “game room”. However, the game room looked and smelled as if we were at a frat house. The card room reeked of smoke and the ping pong and foosball table were in horrible condition. We didn’t even bother to take the cover off the pool table. Needless to say, we didn’t spend any time in the garage or upstairs in the card room. Which was extremely unfortunate because that was why we chose the Home. The twin bunk beds were actually in the master bedroom’s walk in closet which I don’t remember reading about in the discription. One of the sliding glass doors didn’t even have a lock on it and they use a poker stick from the fireplace to keep it closed. One of the beds had a blood stain on the sheets and they didn’t even leave enough towels for everyone or sheets for the pullout bed. It’s obvious that maintenance is not kept up on this home. However, the views were absolutely stunning and it is a quick walk to the beach. "

This is our second time of renting this house. We have enjoyed both stays. The hot tub is great, along with the 's so close to the beach, and just a short ride to dinner houses. I do have a problem with some of the maintenance .I could not close the main bedroom door until I put new screws in the hinge. I called about the guest shower and left a message that it was not working. We were not informed about it until we got home. other wise we had a good stay.I recommend the house."

"Our new home away from home
From the minute we arrived at dusk and seeing and hearing the waves crash, I knew we had made the right choice in rentals. The house has a beautiful view of the ocean! We would open all the doors and windows and the sound and cool breeze instantly melted all our stresses away.
The house was perfectly staged for our arrival, dimmed lights music playing and fresh towels latex out on all the beds. The kids instantly gravitated towards the game room as we unpacking four our four day stay.
There was every imaginable cooking utensils, pots and pans, but the waffle maker was a hit every morning.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here.
I do only give four stars on condition as the furniture is dated and the couches are not conducive of actually lounging. That would be my only complaint is they do need to upgrade.Had no trouble sleeping in the beds though.

"Nice home, chintzy owners
Five of us stayed here from Dec 26 to Jan 2. The home is nice; wonderful wraparound sunny deck on the south and west sides with lots of sun and good views. The overall experience was marred by cost cutting by the owners. Examples: no glassware, only plastic except for some punch bowl glasses. One wine glass, many plastic ones, one martini glass, many plastic. The shampoo was in individual packets reminiscent of Motel 6. Same with the tiny bars of soap. There was no kleenex (two people had colds), no sugar, no flour, no Pam, no salt shaker. Bathrooms supplied with single ply toilet paper (really? at $5000 per week?!) Light on the stairs was out, the jets and hand shower in master bathtub didn't work, and the right front burner was not working. Called the property management company (they are closed Weds) but no return call. The trail to the beach goes right by the deck so there is a steady stream of people and dogs going by - one day someone deposited their trash on our deck. Although the home is nice we will not stay there again."

"Pretty but Problematic
Lovely home with amazing view but the house had many issues that kept us from fully enjoying our experience: the biggest problem was a broken refrigerator. We called as soon as we arrived and it was clear this has been an ongoing issue. We were told to unplug the fridge and wait for 10 minutes. We had to keep doing this all weekend as the appliance kept showing the same error code and would not keep our food cold enough, so we had to go buy ice and keep items in an ice chest--felt like we were camping not staying at a luxury home. Also, both downstairs bathrooms had plumbing issues: sinks and showers were clogged and pooled dirty water. Additionally, the bathroom in the hallway has no curtains so there is no privacy when showering--there were painters working on a neighboring house so this was tricky. Many of the lighbulbs flicker or do not work at all. The light over the kitchen sink blinked and we could not turn it off--very creepy and a bit scary as it seems like there may be serious electrical issues. The ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom is very noisy; sounds like it is loosely attached and pretty rickety. The fan was a must because the upstairs windows cannot be opened and it gets pretty stuffy. Lastly, there are no windows on the screens and the place is filled with flies. Aside from these issies, the place is great. Some repairs are in order if they want to continue renting this place out. Especially since they charge premium rental rates."

"Beautiful home, Fantastic Views, Nice and Quiet.
Window in the master has been in need of repair for a long time. It had a sign on it to not open. The ceiling fan in the Master rocked and made noise at high speed. Kitchen cabinet door off the hinge. Wine cooler in the kitchen did not work. There was no Ice maker in the Freezer. Be sure to bring Ice. We enjoyed our stay, but if paying top dollar you would expect that the place would be in tip top condition. I would return or highly recommend this property if all repairs were done."

House was great! Loved the labeling made putting things away much easier. Just wish the grass and weeds were mowed down so the kids could play on the grass and so when my dog walked through she did get fox tails. Bunk beds in the master was weird but understood your trying to fit as many people as possible. Our overall stay was fantastic and can't wait to come back. "

We arrived at 3:00 promptly to check in for our stay at Tide Pool. We entered our code in to the lock box, got the key and opened the door to a beautiful very clean house! Everything about our experience was super smooth. The email/cell phone communication was great. The house was even better and exceeded our expectations, inside and out. We had a great time! We will absolutely book again! All you need to bring are towels for the hot tub, and your special oils, and spices to cook with ( the confirmation letter we received before we arrived told us this so we came prepared!) Tide Pool was even more beautiful in person. The house was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook for a family. The highlight for my family were the dolphins and whale. We watched all afternoon from the deck. The dolphins were there all week. I will not hesitate to vacation there again."

"Tide Pool Review from the Lin Family
This is a very nice, clean vacation rental. It's dog friendly which is key for us - our animals are all under solid voice command and well trained. It appears other renters have also solid pets because the place is immaculate. Very nice to know other pet owners are also responsible.
The path to the beach is a fun adventure, scrambling down the ravine and over the rocks. It's a perfect way to start the beach walk and gives you that last little challenge to get back home after a time at the shore.
Dillon beach is great for swimming too which makes the walk to the beach even more valuable.
The view out the front bay windows is stunning... at all times of the day though the sunrises and sunsets are the most appealing - totally picture worthy!

The house was amazing and the location perfect. The property management company was very helpful when we needed to get the propane filled for the grill.
The only negative issue is that all the beds need an upgrade. The mattresses were hard and pretty uncomfortable. Other than that, we all had a great time and would love to come back next year."

Pros--Great location and beautiful spacious house. The views from around and inside were awesome. We all really enjoyed how close the trail to the beach was. Cons- not so clean in certain parts of the house. Shortage of towels and some were even dirty that was there. Ice maker didn't work..Some game room equipment not in the best of shape and the area wasn't cleaned too... Couch in game loft had a huge stain on it and was gross. Really wished it was better cleaned since we had to pay a cleaning fee. We left the place cleaner when we left and the small broom was horrible when sweeping the whole place. Need something bigger and no vacuum was provided. Ants traps everywhere so beware if you have small children. Even found one in a board game... Overall had a good time and just wished it was cleaner...."

"pleasant home
The home is new and spacious. It's nicely decorated and comfortable. It's right on the bluff and the view is great. THe rental agents are friendly and really pick up the phone at any hour if you need to contact them. However, the house is RIGHT NEXT TO the path leading down to the beach and you can hear every person passing by. They are literally feet from the living room. The hot water is strange too - you have to turn on a switch and then wait 5 minutes before you can get any hot water. It's obnoxious. The grill also didn't work - but wasn't a big deal for us. "Perfect Weekend Getaway with the Family
First of all I want to give Dillon Beach Property Management a big thumbs up for the service they provide! It was a pleasure to deal with them in setting up our vacation rental. The home itself is well appointed and very clean. The location is unbeatable with a direct ocean view and a trail down to the beach. A restaurant is within walking distance as well. Most of the shopping and more restaurants are located in Bodega Bay, which is approximately 30 minutes away but with a home like this we didn't have the urge to leave the property for too long. There is a ping pong table, air hockey table and pool table in the garage and a hot tub on the deck. The ping pong paddles could use replacing and the air hockey table is probably on its last legs but that is the extent of my suggestions for improvement."

"Amazing views and beautiful house!!
The house is fabulous, the views are priceless, and the entire experience was wonderful! We had 10 adults, and it really does NOT sleep 10 adults comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms and a loft with a futon that is not really big enough for 2 adults. There are also bunk beds inside a large walk-in closet! adults!! We brought an inflatable queen-sized bed for 2 and put it on the living room floor. So it's really comfortable for about 7. But it's a great house!!"

This is our second family vacation to Tide Pool! We love this home and it's location. The layout is perfect, the kitchen has everything you need and the sunsets are speculate! Our entire family looks forward to this vacation and come back to Tide Pool was like coming home! Can't wait for next year's vacation "

The home has amazing views in a great location with beach access. The kitchen tools and cupboards need a major overhaul. It was very disorganized and for this price point feel it should be in great working order. "

"Wonderful Dillon Beach Vacation
The House was ready for us when we arrived. The view from the front room and porch is spectacular, and the trail to the beach was literally straight in front of the deck. Kitchen was great and fully stocked. Game room is a bonus, and although it needs some repairs, it was a great retreat for the kids. "
