GUEST GUIDELINES:
Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests total, day or night.- No large gatherings and absolutely no parties. This home is located in a private community with an HOA and onsite security. No Drop-in Guests.
Parking: Maximum of 3 cars in the driveway - No on-street parking.
One Guest Parking Pass is provided for convenient beach access only. (Please see in-home instructions for proper use.) It may not be used for general street parking.
Dogs: Dog-friendly! Up to 2 dogs allowed. $120 fee per dog. For the safety of both your pup and the home, please crate dogs when unattended. Please clean-up after your pup.
Outdoor smoking is permitted only on paved surfaces. No smoking of anything inside the home.
Water Conservation: Dillon Beach has limited water resources. Please use water thoughtfully during your stay.

Cancellations: As an initial deposit, we take 50% of the reservation total at the time of your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Should you need to cancel prior to final payment (60+ days prior to arrival date), you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit.
Cancellations made after final payment (within 60 days of arrival date), are not eligible for refund. You are financially responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less cleaning and pet fees. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in order to be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable prepaid travel expenses.
Refunds: Conditions beyond our control i.e. weather, road conditions, power outage, government mandated travel restrictions, TV outage, phone outage, Wifi outage, Hot tub problems or guest emergencies do not constitute a basis for refunds.

"Outstanding Managment & Experience
Upon arrival we noticed the previous guest may have had a dog without disclosing to management and pet hair was everywhere. Once we notified management, they immediately jumped into action and moved us into a different rental (Much bigger/nicer property) within hours, sent someone by to make sure the new house was clean, make sure we were good and again called the next morning to check in with us. Both homes were beautiful, well-furnished, well-appointed, comfortable, fully operational hot tubs, BBQ grills, appliances etc. 5 Star management team!"

"Tranquil location for a quiet getaway.
Aqua La Vista was a perfect location for our family of 4 adults and 2 pups. Two of our group worked full days at the dining room table while enjoying magnificent views of the coastline. The house was a comfortable, clean place for our family to visit and re-connect.
Dillon beach is very peaceful and dog friendly. We enjoyed long walks, fetching games, and social time with other beach pups every evening. We were glad we found this home. Thank you."

We’ve rented several homes over the years in the area, though this was our first time with this property mgt company. This home was our family’s favorite. Nicely furnished and decorated, very comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. The big sectional in the living area was great for our family of six adults to lounge on. And the view! Superb and quiet location. We used the HOA parking pass several times to park up on Oceana Drive to make the mile hike through the hills to what we call Hidden Beach, and also down below on Tahiti to get easy access to Dillon Beach. "

"Fantastic All Around
Our stay at Agua La Vista was fantastic. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The new deck and hot tub are awesome - we loved listening to the surf in hot tub at night.
The living room was also comfy, and we enjoyed the included streaming services. We also appreciated the raised dishes and extra beds for the dogs. A great experience all around."

the home was perfect for the 6 of us to recharge, catch-up and indulge! All the beds were very comfortable & the bed sheets were the best...Enjoyed the huge dining table for meals and games and the massive couch was so cozy.
However, the real start of the show was the view!! Stunning!!
the staff from from Wine Country to Coast were great! So nice to be able to call and talk to someone for simple questions or issues vs having to message a host and wait for a reply."

"Excellent property!
My husband and I took our 12 and 14 year old kids, my 74 year old mother and our 2 small dogs. The house is gorgeous, clean, decorated very cute and comfy. We had a great time! Grandma did puzzles with kids, we made dinner. We did day outings. One night the electricity in the area went out and the property managers checked in, and made sure we knew where flashlights and lanterns were."

"White out
It's always risky to book at Dillion Beach. We had a beautiful view of fog for 3 days. The hills are steep, so you are not just going for a walk, it's a full on Olympic work out. The house is comfy and clean. And the kitchen is pretty well stocked. "

"okay but not great price going through
The stay was fairly nice. There were issues though.
It started with the carpet being pretty dirty. The fireplace not working wasn't mentioned as we pick it to rent. The kitchen had a few issues, first the dishes weren't dishwasher safe so we had to wash them by hand every day and every meal. The butcher block counters had mildew by the sink and didn't seem sanitary."

"Spacious place near great beaches
It was good. We are four friends who rent properties 4-5 times a year to spend time in lovely places. Here, we were a bit disappointed by the noise and sight of construction next door which went on for most of our stay. The people working there were very nice, but it interfered with our ability to sleep beyond 8 am and enjoy the view. the place itself was fine -- the BBQ was out of gas so that ruined one dinner and most of the dishes and cups indicated they could not be dishwashed which was odd. But overall, it was okay. "

"Fantastic home with a great view
My family and I had a great time staying at this home. It is warm and welcoming. I wish we were able to stay longer. The view is amazing. Despite the wet weather we had lots of fun. There are board games, a nice tv, a big couch. We enjoyed watching the waves from the dining table. All the bedrooms were nice and clean. It's very easy to find the things you may need during your stay. We are hoping to stay here again. There are some basic seasonings and oil in the kitchen. If you plan to cook, you may want to bring foil with you and some sort of sweetener if you like it in your coffee. Also, if you are looking for a dog friendly property, this is set up for four-legged guests. There are dog bowls and beds upstairs and down stairs, and dog towels in the linen closet."

"Great vacation home at Dillon Beach
This is a great house with a wonderful view all the way to Point Reyes. The upstairs had windows on all sides giving you a panorama view. In the morning we could see deer below us. The location is a perfect mid-way point for Point Reyes, Jenner Beach and inland to Guerneville. The house was in a great condition and I would highly recommend it."
