Cancellations: As an initial deposit, we take 50% of the reservation total at the time of your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Should you need to cancel prior to final payment (60+ days prior to arrival date), you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit.
Cancellations made after final payment (within 60 days of arrival date), are not eligible for refund. You are financially responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less cleaning and pet fees. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in order to be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable prepaid travel expenses.
Refunds: Conditions beyond our control i.e. weather, road conditions, power outage, government mandated travel restrictions, TV outage, phone outage, Wifi outage, Hot tub problems or guest emergencies do not constitute a basis for refunds.

"Wonderful Rental
Best Dillon Beach rental ever -feels like you're in someone's home. Perfect for a family reunion and the kitchen had everything needed. so we bakked cookies and muffins, cooked large meals, enjoyed the view and walked on the beach. Hot tub was a big hit. AND managed to keep the 6 yo from breaking anything, big win! We'll definitely return next year.
It took us a minute to figure out heating downstairs esp, but once we did we were snug and warm.
Note that this is a SHOES OFF house - we didn't catch that and several of our party didn't bring slippers.
Definitely recommend bringing extra towels for hot tub and a couple for the floor to leave your shoes on. There was a huge storm and we couldn't leave our shoes outside without them getting wet."

The stunning views and expansive open floor layout was truly the best. Quiet neighborhood and overall cleanliness was spotless. Some lights weren't functional on the outside, there was a minor pest issue which was addressed promptly with the management company for which we were compensated. Other than that we highly recommend SeaGlass property. Close to the general store, downtown dillon beach and internet available. No major complaints as the amenities and views were the highlight of this stay. "

"Seaglass was awesome!
We had a lovely time. My sisters joined me from Napa, Shingle Springs, and Pittsburg.
It was great to spend time with them in such a lovely setting. Even the weather held up.
Couple of things: the door to the bathroom downstairs sticks; hard to open. And the beach pass didn't seem to work. We paid $10 to go to the beach down by the general store. Maybe there was another beach?"

This is a beautiful home with ocean views and sounds. The home is fully equipped especially the kitchen. There are steps down to the two bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. The deck on the 1st floor is quite large with plenty of room for family photos or family dinner. I would recommend this home as a rental and hope to stay there again in the future."

This vacation was nothing short of relaxing. Not a single worry. This home was completely stocked with everything we needed including a can opener and potato peeler. There wasn't a single thing we looked for that we couldn't find. The general store was within walking distance though it would have been a bit of an uphill climb so we chose to make the short drive, and had more than we needed as well. What made it priceless was the beach access. Less than a 2 minute walk / hike that even the kids could do! This vacation left nothing to be desired! "

Property was amazing. Very well maintained and far exceeded our expectations in term of kitchen amenities. I slept listening to the ocean very night. It is in a remote location, so our friends were not able to order an Uber late at night to drive them back to the airport. We ended up dropping them off in a nearby city (Petaluma) for a pick up there. I highly recommend Seaglass and hope to return. "

"Great stay in Dillon Beach
We were a group of work friends staying for 3 nights during early May. The house was well maintained and very convenient. The kitchen was very well equipped (more than I've ever seen) and we could easily cook whatever we needed to. The views from the house were stunning, there were many board games available for us and the entertainment setup was cool as well (bluetooth enabled and high quality). All in all I think this was a great stay and all of the guests really enjoyed it.
One thing that was less than ideal for me personally as the organizer was just the immense amount of strict rules and possible fines - no more than 4 cars parked at a time + other strict guidelines about what can be done where and at what time. These rules weren't only explained in the contract upon signing but also arrived various times in the mail prior to arrival, were mentioned in various labels around the house and in general just set a vibe that made it pretty hard to just relax and enjoy my time. I'd just prefer to get a full list of things I need to watch out for once and not stress about it too much."

"Love, love, love this place!
This was our 30 year anniversary of 9 women who have been friends since our kids were in nursery school! We’ve rented a number of different places at Dillon Beach and elsewhere and this is by far our favorite. This was our 3rd year here. We all feel immediately at home. It’s spacious, comfortable with spectacular views. It’s well furnished and the kitchen has every tool for cooking that you can imagine! We’ll be returning for as long as they’ll have us."

Unbelievable! I took the house with my siblings and our 93 year old parents (who have limited mobility) for 4 days. The house is right on the beach and huge, so we all had our privacy and never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was large and well-appointed. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Lots of bathrooms and everything so clean! I believe there is an ocean view from every room except the master bathroom. The views from the salon, kitchen and dining area are breath-taking.Lots of decking to take the fresh air, enjoy the view and grill dinner. The property management company knocked themselves out to accommodate us. We bought live crab in nearby Bodega and had a feast on our last night. No one wanted to leave. We were planning our next stay before we left. Thank you dear owners, for an extraordinary family experience! We cannot wait to come back in October 2019!"

"Amazing
Amazing is what I kept hearing all weekend long from my group who spent the weekend with me. The views are stunning, the house was perfect and well equipped with all the things needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. The outside hot tub was great feature as well. Easy walk to the beach. The only small issue we had was we lost power to thee entertainment system which meant our planned "movie night" didn't happen. We called maintenance but they were unable to respond that evening or the next morning by the time we checked out. There are TV's in every room so guest could go to their own rooms to watch TV. Other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone. "

"Fabulous family getaway
Our family getaway was wonderful thanks in part to this fabulous beach home. One of the most beautiful rental homes we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The views were great and the kitchen was the most well equipped we've ever seen for a holiday home! Our only small suggestions to make it perfect -- a few extra dish and bath towels and a load of detergent. Otherwise, they thought of everything!"

"Beautiful stay except for the hot water heater!!
We love Sea Glass and have stayed there many times. The ONLY downside was that the water heater went out after a cold day at the beach! Property management was extremely helpful in offering us another home to move into, but we chose to stay and wait for repairs. They got someone out to install a new water heater on the weekend; then the pilot light blew out the next day from the wind! All in all it was a great stay and mgmt. was kind and very helpful! We will come again!!"

"Spectacular View
Our family celebrated Christmas early in Dillon Beach and had a wonderful visit. Waking up every morning to the spectacular view was such a joy. The living room area was spacious enough for all of us to sit comfortably and chat or view our digital devices in front of the fireplace. The dining table served us well for both eating and playing games. We have a cook in the family who made good use of the well-appointed kitchen as did Chef Tom who prepared a celebratory meal for us one night. The hot tub was also put to use on several evenings. We loved seeing the deer everywhere. The ONLY downside (and we were warned going in) is that this is a relatively remote location, about 20 minutes plus from major shopping and AT&T has zero cell service there with very limited service on Verizon. The wi-fi was a little spotty when the weather was foggy, but on the whole we viewed all of this as a plus to be unplugged and enjoy each other... Would very highly recommend this house for get-away!!"

Wonderful house and view! Gorgeous location and home was beautiful with an amazing kitchen and all the amenities. Will be back to stay for sure!! Only problem was the power was turned off on day after Christmas at 9 am unknown to us. The rental company didn't tell us this would happen so it did put a crimp in things with 8 people in the house on a cold winter morning. Otherwise everything was PERFECT!"

"Sojourn at Sea Glass
Our group of family and friends stayed at Sea Glass recently, from 5/3-5/13. The house was equipped with everything we needed.
The contrast of views and colors was amazing, from, the cliffs and the ocean, to the sun, full moon and stars, and always the sound of the waves. The deer were constant observers of our comings and goings as were the largest quail I've ever seen. At one point before we left, I tuned into some favorite classical and turned the entire house into a concert hall. We will not forget this wonderful experience. Thank you for sharing your home. "40 and loving it!
This was a beautiful house! We had great weather and views were breathtaking! What a great way to enter into my 40's! We walked down to the beach in the morning and checked out out the tide pools, then come up for lunch and then headed back down with all of our stuff. The little patio downstairs gave us just enough room to play corn hole while some relaxed in the hot tub. The surround sound was nice too! This was a wonderful experience and hope to do it again! "A Much Needed Respite
We had a great stay, celebrating my Mom's birthday.
The home was beautiful, just as pictured with views from nearly every room. We enjoyed the hot tub and the beach, which was easily accessed from a path a few houses down. The weather was gentle with little wind, which was not much fun for the surfers but great for hanging out at the beach. We also enjoyed the little café near the beach. It was exactly how it should be: simple with good food.

Absolutely wonderful place for a family get away. The view is stunning and can be enjoyed from almost every room in the house. The living area is spacious with an open floor plan so no one is left out of the fun even when preparing meals. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the equipment needed by my "foodie" family. The bedrooms were spacious and beds comfy. Most importantly, no one felt like they got stuck with the kids` room! We would love to come back for another visit but will outgrow the 10 person limit this year. "
