From your perfect 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach view condo, you’ll be able to make memories at the gorgeous gulf waters and calming beaches we all love. The Owners have just finished updating this condo with new cabinetry and all new appliances! A fully stocked kitchen provides you with all the necessities you need to make a delicious dinner indoors. From pots/pans and kitchen utensils to cups, plates and silverware, we have all the basics covered. You’ll have appliances such as a blender, toaster and coffee maker as well as large appliances such as a fridge/freezer, oven/stove, microwave and dishwasher. Your dining room table shares amazing views of the gulf waters and can comfortably seat 6-7 guests. The living space includes a sofa sleeper couch, a few sitting chairs, radio and flat screen TV. Access your private balcony by either the living space entrance or from your master bedroom. Your master bedroom has a king bed, amazing beach views, closet space, a TV and a private master bathroom equipped with vanity space, shower/tub combo and toilet. Just down the hall is your guest bathroom with two twins, closet space and another TV. Your guest bathroom is close by with a shower/tub combo, vanity space and toilet. A washer/dryer is available inside this condo for your personal use as well.

We love coming to Tops'l and are looking forward to next year. The twin beads need to be tightened up, they rattle and maybe new mattresses but not bad."

"Good and Not so Good
Tops'l is great resort. View is as described. Less than 5 minute walk to beach. Gibson was very easy to work with and responsive to maintenance needs. The condo was clean and they left sand toys for kids. The condo was very dated and is in dire need of an update. The plumbing was problematic as it only had enough hot water for 1 person to have hot shower then everyone else was lukewarm and toliets are tricky as they stop up easily. The pool was huge and very nice. If you have small kids it may be quite a walk to haul all things to beach. If you have older children you will not mind the walk. Tiki bar at Tides was wonderful."

"Perfect first experience!
First time doing something like this. Check in was easy and loved the text communication. Responses were very fast, courteous, and they answered your questions. Had one small issue with the door lock that was dealt with promptly as soon as I brought it to their attention. Room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for a family of 6. Loved that Walmart was close and could stock up on groceries very easy! Also used Xplorie to play 3 rounds of golf and it was amazingly easy to book and it was free! Would definitely recommend it and likely will return to the exact same location!"

"Great view of the pool
Okay property overall for the money, but floors were dirty and bathtubs clogged. Twin beds very uncomfortable and showers were slippery. Maintenance was very responsive to unclog tubs and provide non-slip bath mats. "

"Nice condo, great stay
Nice condo, very comfortable master bed, nice furnishings. Grounds well maintained, grills near pool put to good use, great beach/pool amenities. Would suggest more and better utensils - a knife set would be nice, particularly larger chef knife, etc. On our several trips a year to this area we typically stay at Tops’l, a great location with a lot of amenities. "

"Beautiful place
Twin bed had hairs on it. Didnt look like linen had been changed. There was alot of sand in bathtub. The whole condo floors where covered in sand. I had to sweep first thing. Also for future renters the coffee pot does not automatically turn off. So watch that. It gets real hot. Other than these things it was a great place to stay. Quiet, not a long walk to the beach. "

Room was very clean and ready upon arrival. However, the furniture, appliances, and overall condo are dated and need to be updated. If you are "OK" with walking to the beach and spending the entire day this condo will work great. However, if you need to go back and forth with frequency you probably should consider a location with closer beach access."

"Great place to stay!
Our rental was great! The property was very clean & well maintained. It's in a gated community that was beautiful & well kept! It's a little farther away from things than I realized but we appreciated less people! The kitchen was well supplied & the bed were comfortable. It was just a short walk to the beach which was nice. The pool/hot tub area was also nice, very roomy with lots of chairs. I downloaded the app & received useful updates for our trip (construction warnings, etc.). The rental company contacted me on our arrival day to make sure we had received the door code & to let us know that we could check in a little early if we wanted! Great service all around!"

"Not so Good
The property was nice, but definitely dated. The tile floors were chipped in many places. Unit could use a complete makeover. Main light in the master bedroom had all 4 bulbs out and there were no replacement bulbs. My main complaint was that I called the property management office the day before we were to arrive and asked if there were any issue with the red-tide that had been reported in the Miramar area and they said no. When we arrived the beach was littered with scores of dead fish. A beach vacation means you go to the beach and we were not able to because of all the dead fish (1 every few feet), the smell, and the purple and red warning flags."
