Summit 407-407A Lockout, also known as “Wait ‘n Sea” is the perfect place for you to vacation in Miramar Beach, Florida. This coastal-chic vacation rental condo is everything that you’ve been looking for and so much more, especially if you are looking for a place with double master suites! You’ll actually have 2 separate condos rented side-by-side: a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom + a studio, 1 bathroom. The owners keep the unit on-trend with current beach style and have just installed new flooring and had the unit freshly repainted!
The full-size kitchen has stainless steel appliances along with all of the items you need to fulfill your basic needs, including a coffee maker, blender & toaster. In the studio room, you’ll also have a kitchenette area. The main living room has a 56” flat screen TV & full size sleeper sofa. The first master bedroom has a king size bed, 50" flat screen TV & gulf views out of the balcony access! The master bathroom has a single vanity sink & a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom is perfect for the little ones as it has two twin beds and a 37" flat screen TV. The guest bathroom, which is just next door, has a single vanity & a shower/tub combo. The second master is in the lockout, located just off of the living room. This room contains a king size bed made for royalty, a 56" flat screen TV & its own private balcony! In the second master bathroom, you will find double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower & a tub! We dare you to grab a glass of wine as you watch the sun go down over the Gulf of Mexico, and just “Wait ‘n Sea”!

Our area is filled with many things to do – you will never be bored! From annual wine festivals, weekly fireworks shows, movie nights, to live bands and entertainment, there is a little something for everyone to enjoy. Visit Sandestin’s Baytowne Wharf, the huge Silver Sands Outlet Mall, or Grand Boulevard just down the street. The Destin Commons and Harborwalk Village are a quick drive away and offer amazing places to shop, a marina, and perfect spots to catch a sunset after a long day on the beach.

Cancelling your reservation for any reason within 30 days of your scheduled arrival will result in complete forfeiture of funds.
- Cancellation(s) for monthly/snowbird guests: Reservations cancelled a minimum of 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund of your prepayments less a $200.00 cancellation fee plus tax if pricing has been confirmed and a contract has been signed. "Spring break getaway
Nice place to stay with our grandchildren. Kids loved the beach, activities ( Putt putt) and crafts by the pool. Our unit was clean and attractive but the kitchen was way too small and very dated. For the price we got exactly what we expected. "

Summit 407/A Lockout was perfect for our family. We had plenty of space for the 8 of us in this three bedroom and three bathroom setup. The living area was a great size with a beautiful view and balcony overlooking the pools, trees, and beach in the distance. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The master bedroom was beautiful with all the windows and another access to the balcony. There are actually two balconies when renting both units which was wonderful. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided as well as the fans we had access to. The miniature golf and beauty of Tops’l were added bonuses. We liked the location as we were out of the busier areas. Communication in regards to the unit, parking, etc was clear, prompt, and appreciated. Overall, we had a fantastic experience! We’d love to stay here again. "

"Good times!
Nice place. Love the resort but the walk back from the beach got old. Thankfully, there was a shuttle that resolved that.
Somebody’s kid pooped in the pool. The one day we wanted to use it, there was a turd floating around and everybody had to get out.
Dishes were still kind of dirty and there were still some pubes in the bath jet tub. We didn’t use it but probably would have.
Would stay here again but the Sandestin Hilton Resort next door is way nicer. "
