The Summit 205A, also known as “A Wave From It All” has just been completely updated and is the perfect place for a weekend getaway! Summit 205A is roughly only .2 miles away from the beach - a super easy walk in a private resort, no major roads to cross. Guests love the 2nd floor convenience and is just a short stroll away from the white sand and emerald waters of Miramar Beach, FL's famous Tops’l Resort!
You will be right at ease in this clean and updated second-floor condo that shares the peaceful sights and sounds of nature from your private balcony! This unit is complete with a king size bed and a flat screen TV in the bedroom area as well as an additional twin/daybed. The bathroom features a double vanity, large garden tub, and a beautiful new walk-in shower. The kitchenette provides you with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and some basic dinnerware essentials. Enjoy all the amenities the Tops’l Resort has to offer here at Summit 205A!

The room is great. Clean and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The restroom set up is a little weird as there are some louvred doors that open up to the bedroom and one does not want to snap/stay shut. But overall, it is a great room and I would stay again without hesitation."

Check in and out was very easy! The beach was an easy ~10min walk away, There is a microwave and mini fridge as well as some servicewares, a toaster and other things I didn't use, such as a blender! There are two chairs and a table on the balcony! I didn't use the shuttle service, but it was available! This is a perfect place for one or two persons! Stinky's in Seaside was great for dinner! "

"Last Minute Get Away
Lets start with positives....nice clean room...wifi was fast...was just the wife and I so plenty of room...We had commode issue and they can can fixed it within the hour...had microwave and mini fridge so that worked for us since we went out to eat. We are middle age healthy people so we walked the to the beach each day...they aslo have a shuttle if you can do the long walk...our room had view of the woods...not back but def not the beach...room does not come with entrance to the topsl fitness room so just know that...serenity spa is located at the hilton which is very nice get a day pass will not be disappointed..."
