The master bedroom dawns its own private balcony with lounge chairs, sparkling Gulf water views, and a comfy king size bed – what more could you need? Attached to the master bedroom is the private master bathroom complete with double sinks, abundant counter space, a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second master bedroom also has a king size bed, pristine beach views, and an attached bathroom – also with double sinks and a walk-in shower! The Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort is conveniently located 10 miles east of Destin in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin, FL area. The Beach Manor building is beachfront – only a few quick steps until your tired feet set foot on the white, sandy beaches. A nature preserve calmly sits to your east allowing for gorgeous scenery and glimpses of wildlife as well as far less-crowded beaches.

"Perfect location, great views, needs a little care
The views and location are perfect. Overall a fantastic rental. The 2 balconies are a huge plus and the 3 full baths make it easy for everyone to get ready. I would stay here again. It does need some small TLC, cabinets in kitchen are breaking, same with the towel racks in bathroom. Also the 2 smaller bedrooms could use smart televisions. The cable tv doesn’t work on them and you can’t use apps so they are kind of pointless tv’s. Again minor things but those small things start to add up over the course of a week."

"BM812
I recently stayed at this condo, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. Here are the issues I encountered:
Cleanliness: The condo was not as clean as I expected. The bathroom had visible pubic hair around the sink, dirt and grime. Plus there was sand all over the floors when we entered the condo which made our stay uncomfortable.
Maintenance: The condo is looking run down and needs updating, living room ceiling had long cracks, tv cables were all exposed in MB and hanging outside of the wall. The towel rack in both MB were laying on the floor, the kitchen is not well stock with pots, pans & utensils and the air conditioning ran not stop just to maintain 74 degrees.
Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of this rental. I hope the management team takes these points into consideration for future guests."
The positive points, great communication with the rental company, location of the condo, size of the rooms, parking and overall facility's of the Tops'l resort.
I would recommend the Tops'l resort, just not BM812 until it gets a face lift."

The unit was very clean. Location was perfect. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was poorly stocked. Only three chairs - I'm guessing one was broken and not replaced. Some maintenance is needed - doors not closing properly."

A very well-appointed apartment with the most amazing views. Just minutes from Grand Boulevard which has restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc.

"Amazing view
The drive in you get to see what the property has to offer. Once you open the door the view is unreal. All you see is the blue water. The two balconies allow you to enjoy it everyday. There is so much room for everyone since it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The pool is also nice. The boardwalk to the beach is very nice. Lots of shopping close by and some very good restaurants. But that view will have you not wanting to leave!!"

The unit was nice and recently painted and refreshed. The bedroom furniture is in great shape and the bunk beds are a full size which is a bonus. We like that there is a parking garage that keeps the car covered. The relationship to the beach from the building is about as as close as you can get. We come back each year. "
