IMPORTANT NOTE: The Beachside Two pool is closed for renovations, with an anticipated completion date of August 2025. Some construction noise may be audible. Guests will enjoy access to the Phil Hummel and Linkside pools on the north side of the resort. A construction discount is included in the online quote.
Enjoy breathtaking views from the 5th floor; this is a great location to sit on the balcony in the mornings and watch the dolphins play. Kick back and relax in the living room during your stay. The living room allows seating for everyone in your family. Watch your favorite TV shows or even the newest movie on the DVD player. Your covered balcony is perfect for morning coffee. You’ll enjoy a newly remodeled, fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home. A glass dining room table comfortably sits 6 guests. Wake up in your master bedroom king size bed with the Gulf of Mexico right at your side. Westerly views from this condo are out-of-this world! Have the benefit of direct balcony access from your master bedroom as well as from the living room. A flat screen TV and DVD player will ensure you won’t miss anything. You will find adequate space for your belongings in the master bathroom with extra vanity space, a huge closet, and new walk-in shower. Bed and bathroom linens are included –all you need to bring are your beach towels! Sleep four comfortably in the guest bedroom which offers a queen size bed and a bunk bed with two twins and direct access to the guest bathroom (also accessible from the main hallway). There is room for 2 extra guests on the sofa sleeper in the living room.

Make yourself comfortable in our one and two bedroom, beachfront condos located in Beachside 2. You’ll enjoy Destin's famous soft and sandy beaches just steps away from your door. Relax and play in the seasonally heated, saltwater pool or burn off some stress in the second floor fitness center. Grill burgers on the poolside grills or fill up your cooler with the huge ice machine located on the first floor. We also have a great gulf front sun deck for some much-needed quiet time. The parking deck and beach access are securely gated for a comfort of mind. From leisurely strolls to adventurous bike rides, the whole family is bound to have fun on the trails throughout the resort. We cannot wait to see you!

"Great location, condo filthy.
The patio furniture was dirty. Roaches in dishwasher. Bathroom dirty. Dishes in cabinet covered with food like they had been taken out of the dishwasher dirty. Clothes left in drawers. Silverware dirty. Had to wash everything. Reporting to all travel websites. So disappointed. First bad experience and travel often. Had to spend time cleaning before we could cook meals or sit on the patio. "

very nice place with only a few issues. Master bedroom bed squeaks every time you turn. Master shower pressure will sting due to increase pressure and not adjustable. We did have several small bugs throughout the stay. "

We really enjoyed the Condo. Close to pool/beach, but high enough for good view. Well maintained and clean. Close to auxiliary elevator, which made it easier to get to the car.

"Not pleasant
We didn't enjoy our stay for several reasons. The most important being that the a/c never worked for the the for as long as possible. The sofa bed was not functional, so for the first night one of us had to sleep on the floor. The next day we got a twin mattress which means the unit was for 7 people and not 8 as advertised. I communicated all this to the management company and we got a refund of $164, which is totally insignificant considering we paid $2200."

"Would Consider Again with One Condition
The room was very clean and as shown in the pictures. A nice place and we would consider staying there again if the master bed mattress was replaced. That mattress was the equivalent of sleeping on the floor! Hard as a rock! That is our only complaint about this place. Otherwise a great location and great condo. "

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. We love the extra beds in the 2nd BR so that my daughters (25 and 28) don’t have to sleep together. We love the location on the 5th floor and the location to the elevators, front and back.
I love the wonderful blackout curtains in the main BR so I can sleep late.
There is a new smart tv and patio furniture.
We had questions about the water heater because of a loud noise when the shower was running. We called the help line and they were then within the hour to check it out.
I hope we can return to Sandestin and would definitely rent this place again."

We love the oceanfront in Sandestin. This condo was perfect. Location is great and view was wonderful. Unfortunately the people staying above us smoked out on their balcony constantly which permeated our balcony and condo. But I suppose there’s nothing that could be done about that. "Wonderful accomodations
Great updated condo. Fully furnished with everything we needed. The master bedroom was awesome with large window looking out at the ocean. Very spacious master bath and walk in closet. "BEAUTIFUL!
Well, we were extremely nervous about booking a rental managed by a property company. We had seen hundreds of negative reviews about units not being like the representation in pictures, poor management interaction, etc. BUT GIBSON IS NOT LIKE THIS!!!
First of all, the unit is EXACTLY how it is represented...very, very nice. Secondly, the Gibson team is outstanding. First off, they called me several hours before check in to tell me our room was ready...who does that? GIBSON did!!! We we arrived we were sooo happy that we were not disappointed. There was even a few keepsakes for us to take when we departed. Also, whenever we had a question, they responded immediately and to our utmost satisfaction.
The Resort itself is beautiful. I can't believe we had not discovered it sooner. There is A LOT to do and EVERYTHING is a short drive away. We definitely will visit again.
And, we will DEFINITELY try to book with GIBSON!"

This cute two bedroom has the most beautiful views! It is only on the 5th floor, so you are far enough removed from the lobby but not so far away that bringing items to the beach and back is tough. The house is well stocked and clean, and you cannot beat the beach. There is also a free shuttle to Baytowne which we used every night.... I am dreaming of a repeat visit very soon!"

"Great rental
The unit was great, plenty of room for all 4 of us...the kitchen area was well set up, the furniture was updated and comfortable...enjoyed sitting on the Balcony and eating breakfast and lunch every day...
Elevators were a little slow but being that the unit is on the 5th floor, great view and shorter waits at the elevator...even used the stairs a couple of times...the coded entry was easy to use rather than keeping up with keys...etc...Would rent again"

Enjoyed the condo very much. Perfect location, gorgeous weather. When we arrived, the driveway was flooded from the deluge a few days earlier ... the water was really deep, so it would have been nice to receive a 'heads up' at the security gate. Only complaint about the room was no door to the master bathroom. Rather odd. Other than that, our stay was terrific! Looking forward to the next trip. By the way, please let guests know about the travel insurance b/f you charge their credit card. Didn't know until I received the paperwork that the insurance had to be purchased during the registration process. By then it was already too late."

"Updated comfort!
We were pleasantly surprised to arrive at our vacation rental and find that it had recently been completely and tastefully renovated. Updated kitchen and bathrooms and decor throughout only added to the enjoyment of our stay. The only downside of our stay was that the elevators are being updated, causing long waits to travel to and from the condo. Overall, a beautiful condo on a beautiful property in a great location. "
