There is a Gulf-front Queen bedroom that has direct balcony access, and a cozy Queen bed in the guest bedroom as well. The second bathroom is accessible to the unit, and has a walk-in shower. The blinds come down with a remote, the kitchen has everything you need to cook with, a blender and a coffee maker. The only thing we couldn't get to work was the wine cooler. It's the perfect location with access to a lot of places easily without being stuck in heavy traffic. Super close to the grocery store and Wal-Mart for any needs. We love this place and will definitely be back to stay here for all future beach trips!! Highly recommended!" Property is great however the beach is extremely crowded. Beach chairs are set up 5 and 6 rows deep and they allow individuals to place chairs in front of the purchased set up. Nothing Gibson can do about this as I understand it is the resort that allows this. Also this is adjacent to the beach access where tram for the entire resorts stops and so creates hundred of people coming from across Hwy 98. Other than extreme crowds, this is great place. " Jul 28, 2021 - Sara S., Cumming, GA "Beautiful condo I will say this condo is absolutely beautiful in every way.This was a very unusual experience.We’ve been renting in this building for almost 20years & through Gibson the last few visits.The office staff was not what we have been used to in the past & we needed help from the general manager who was very professional and helpful unlike that of the office staff.When we arrived, all elevators were out.Interesting when the unit is on the 17th floor.They remained out for the 1st couple days.We are fortunate we are healthy & active & able to get our luggage up 17 floors, others not so much.We received little information or help about the problem.The grounds could use some attention.We found the pool to be particularly dirty and the restrooms by the pool filthy.We managed to stay on the beach mostly & avoided the pool which was disappointing.
