The location of the unit is perfect. On the beachfront side and close to the elevators. (Our only “issue” with the condo was the water pressure in the shower. More like a light rain than a strong shower. But that’s a personal preference I guess) This was our 4th time staying at Tops’l and our 3rd with Gibson management. We did not have to contact them for anything. But my mom was staying in a unit as well and when she tried to get in her room the batteries to the lock had died. Gibson was on site in 10 minutes and had her ready to go. So I know their customer service is great. We love staying at Tops’l Tides because of the location and amenities offered. Having 2 pools and the poolside bar is amazing. Don’t want to go out for lunch dinner or drinks? They have you covered!! Being located between the craziness of Destin and 30A means you can go either direction for plenty to eat or do. Or right across the street to Baytowne Warf! After spending the amount of money you do to stay at this place, I think it's a little ridiculous that you are literally charged extra for EVERYTHING. Also, we were sent codes for the pool, neither of them worked so we weren't able to get in. And the wifi information that was in my email was completely wrong, I had to call to get the correct info. All in all we had a great vacation but I can't say that we would stay at this place again. Too expensive and a lot of disappointments."
