IMPORTANT NOTE: The Beachside Two pool is closed for renovations, with an anticipated completion date of August 2025. Some construction noise may be audible. Guests will enjoy access to the Phil Hummel and Linkside pools on the north side of the resort. A construction discount is included in the online quote. In this beachfront condo we like to call "Anchors Away," you can sit inside or out and enjoy fantastic gulf views from your private, sun-kissed balcony - don't forget your binoculars, the dolphins are very friendly in the mornings! The kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space, has all the cooking and serving essentials, and even has a built-in wine cooler! The living room area has a new sofa set and an INCREDIBLE view! The master bedroom offers a great king size bed with plenty of closet space, a flat screen TV, private en-suite bathroom, and even your own private balcony! The guest bedroom offers a full over full bunk bed, and there's a sofa sleeper in the living room perfect for extra guests. - Cancellation(s) for daily/weekly guests: Reservations cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund of your prepayments less a cancellation fee of one night’s rent + admin fee + plus tax. Cancelling your reservation for any reason within 30 days of your scheduled arrival will result in complete forfeiture of funds.

- Cancellation(s) for monthly/snowbird guests: Reservations cancelled a minimum of 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund of your prepayments less a $200.00 cancellation fee plus tax if pricing has been confirmed and a contract has been signed. Visitor Reviews (9) Write a Review! "Beach Vacation I will start off by saying that the Condo that we stayed in was nice and the views of the beach were awesome. This was our first time staying at this location and the instructions to get into the building were confusing and we could not figure out how to get into the building, we walked around outside and finally a nice couple helped show us how to access the building. Upon getting to our condo we found it to be nice but there was sand on the tile floors and there was sand in the bed. I expect sand on the floors at a beachside condo but not in the beds. The bunk beds in the second bedroom were noisey and uncomfortable. The ad promised beach chairs and umbrellas for our use and they were in fact there but the chairs were very cheap and uncomfortable and the umbrellas were very small and would not hold up in the ocean winds, we fought them for two days and eventually purchased beach service because we were tired of fighting them. The golf cart was very nice and it was nice not to have to rent a car, however you are very limited on where you can go on the golf cart. We were able to got to a Publix, a shopping area, a liquor store and Bayside Wharf on the cart. Overall we enjoyed our stay but I cannot give this place a 5 star rating." It was like spring break. Other beaches in the area have a designated area for people bringing their own chairs, umbrellas, tents to set up. The condo only needs to add oven mitts and kitchen towels."
