This amazing unit comes with a new 6-seater GOLF CART, equipped with Bluetooth, so you and the family can ride around in ultimate style. As you pull up to the entrance of your vacation home, you will find 2 parking spots plus room for the golf cart. A freshly built covered outdoor patio space with a large flat-screen TV and a drink fridge greet you on your left as you walk towards the front door of the property. A keyless lock makes checking in a breeze - and relax as soon as you step inside to what we like to call Linkside 475 - our "Barefoot Bungalow". Wide, open windows and sliding doors create an airy vibe as soon as you walk-in. Ample seating is available for the whole family and the living room boasts a huge new flat screen TV and cozy electric fireplace. The dining area and kitchen bar have seating for up to 7 guests, all while capturing that gorgeous, serene vibe of your private patio and backyard green space. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you should need to make a dinner indoors - pots & pans, dinner and silverware, cups, utensils, and more.
The master bedroom sits on the back side of the home and shares direct access to the backyard patio, a King size bed, flat screen TV, and a private master bath with a tiled walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom is just down the hall and has 2 double beds, flat screen TV, ample closet/storage space, and direct access to the shared bathroom (also accessible from main hallway). The third bedroom is a recent addition with beautiful updates and a new twin over full bunk bed. The guest bathroom has a vanity and shower/tub combo and also connects to the laundry room where you will find a full-size washer and dryer!
After your long days at the beach, relax in your own private backyard oasis. Be greeted with grassy space, a large patio area with fun up lighting so you can enjoy this area into the evening. Two pools are within a short driving distance away - the perfect excuse to take the golf cart for a spin around the neighborhood. Also, the Village of Baytowne Wharf and your beach access can also be accessed by a short golf cart ride.

"Another Great Time in Sandestin
This is the 3rd time we rented a unit through Gibson Realty and we were not disappointed. The unit was extremely roomy, tastefully decorated, nice location, lots of storage and was supplied with a golf cart for our use. We used the golf cart for groceries, restaurants, shopping , golfing and daily trips to the beach!
The management company was awesome, answering our questions and providing us with information.
We had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the nice people we met. We had a great Thanksgiving at this resort! "

"Great Stay
Our overall experience was wonderful! There was plenty of room to sleep 9 people (we had 10 but brought an air mattress also). Most sharing one bathroom wasn't ideal (those in the master bedroom used that bathroom and those in the other 2 rooms shared the guest bathroom most of the time) but it worked. The outside seating area with the TV was great, the kids loved that and spent a lot of time there when we weren't at the pool or the beach. The beach is gorgeous. The backyard was fully fenced in which was good for the kids.
A couple of things to know before you go:
-There was no salt or pepper shaker there.
-There were no coffee filters there for the coffee maker that was provided, so bring your own or plan to get some. (It was a Mr. Coffee.)
-There is a 6-seat golf cart available...we found out that there is a tunnel that goes under the main busy road to get to the beach. That was super convenient. The kids LOVED the golf cart.
-There is a little "town" within the community that you can get to using the golf cart. It's called The Village of Baytowne Wharf.
-The description stated that we had access to 2 pools. However, one was completely gone and being re-done or something else was going in. And it was the one that was really close too. We checked all the other pools in the community and only 1 other was available (the main big one). But it was a nice pool, just a bit further away.
-You can only park 2 vehicles and the golf cart. But there are 4 guest spots a short distance away. They were usually available except on the weekend.

"Review of Linkside 475, June 10-14th, 2024
We enjoyed a lovely stay at Linkside 475. We found the place to be clean and well equipped. It would have been great to have had a Kleenex box in the bathrooms. The overhead light in the Master Bedroom was not working. I thought this was a non-smoking unit but could have been mistaken. It has definitely been smoked in at some point. Overall, the pros far outweighed the cons. The golf cart was great and used every single day. The neighborhood was so quiet. It was a great vacation and we loved the amenities at Baytowne Wharf as well. "

"Perfect Rental
We had a wonderful stay at 475 Linkside! The house was the perfect size, we loved the location and proximity to the pool! The front patio and the backyard were favorite morning spits for us. The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings were attractive and comfy. The beds that were advertised as queen size were actually smaller than a queen and the sheets were oversized. One of the mattresses in the front bedroom should be replaced as it was worn out and uncomfortable. I also think the dryer vent is in need of being cleaned as it took a long time to dry a load of clothes. When we needed something to be corrected, Gibson responded quickly. One suggestion: we were under the impression that all SanDestin amenities were included and were disappointed to discover that if we wanted to use the bikes or pickle ball court, we had to pay extra. Maybe this could be clarified in your add. Otherwise, we were happy and plan to return hoping to see a new mattress next year!! "

"Family Fun!
We loved the location of Linkside 475 within the Sandestin resort. The golf cart was great! We stayed for 5 nights and only used our vehicle once or twice. We were able to go everywhere we needed via golf cart. The house was perfect for our family of 5 plus my mom. Beds were very comfortable! Also loved the seating options in the living room. Having a small fenced in backyard was perfect for our 3 children. Our sons loved the outdoor tv area! We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others. This is our second time staying with Gibson and we were just as pleased as the first time. House was very clean and cozy! "

"So close to the perfect beach vacation...
The family and I had great time at the Linkside 475. I say it was so close to perfect; other than a bedroom light that would turn off and on in the middle of the night (I'm sure there was a short in the wiring of the ceiling fan), we really enjoyed our time there, and we will definitely try to book another visit within the next year or so."

"Cozy home with extras!
Great experience! Only contacted them once for early arrival! They were able to accommodate! Had a golf cart which was great for getting around the resort! The resort is awesome and has so much to see and do!! The only 2 things this house needs are a map of the resort with a legend showing where the pools and washing station are located along with other things! And a spatula!! Would def stay again! The breezeway is wonderful! "

"Lots of space for 7!
We loved the layout, the drink fridge outside, and the sliding door to get the groceries in the kitchen. There was tons of outdoor space for our beach toys! The golf cart was so much fun! We wish the WiFi worked (it was completely different than instructions on app) and the master bathroom is begging for a door."

Had a wonderful experience. Linkside 475 was absolutely wonderful. Loved the golf cart and the outside sitting area wit the tv. The only recommendatrion would be that the kitchen needs more items stocked as far as dishes and utensils. But overall, everything was fantastic!"

"Relaxing Vacation in a Wonderful Location.
The vacation home was in a wonderful location close to everything from the beach and grocery store to Baytown Wharf. The house and amenities were perfect for our family to enjoy a relaxing vacation away from home. The outside seating area was ideal for reading and morning coffee! The golf cart was an excellent addition to easily get around the property. Beds were comfortable; all supplies for the kitchen were available; living room furniture was excellent; and keyless entry made it easy to come and go. We had to call maintenance for a small issue on Easter and they responded ASAP the very next day without us even knowing and quickly fixed the issue. The only recommendation our family would have includes adding black out curtains on the bedroom windows. After a long night, the sun comes up bright in the bedrooms waking you up at sunrise. Excellent communication and response to text questions. Great vacation rental- would stay again!"

"quiet location
The house is in a quiet section of the resort, with lovely surroundings. It's close to the neighborhood pool. The golf cart was wonderful to have! We only got in our car once the whole week. The house is a little dated but had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and well maintained. Gibson was great at answering my questions. We will definitely check with Gibson for our next trip. We had a wonderful stay!"

"Another wonderful stay
We love this villa. It's comfortable and has lovely furnishings. Clean and well stocked for our stay. Love the recliner, sofa and chair in the living area! Would really like to buy them. It's great to have the golf cart to cruise around Sandestin without using your car. The private backyard is perfect for enjoying coffee or a cocktail. Highly recommend this villa for your vacation. We will be back!"

This is our second time staying at this same property.
Upon entering this time, the house smelled like cigarette smoke. The description states NO SMOKING which is a reason we liked this house. Management did say that they could bring something over to air it out, but we would have to leave for 2 hours. The point is that we paid for something that did not measure up to the described property. I am disappointed."

"Home away from home
We had a great stay at Linkside 475 for two months. The kitchen was well equipped. The furnishings were very comfortable and the whole house spotless. The bedrooms were well supplied with bedding for the odd cold night in February. We really felt that the management (Gibson Beach Rentals) looked after our interests.
As a golfer It was great being three minutes from three good golf courses. On the other hand, my wife enjoyed reading in the secluded backyard and also enjoyed the walking paths."

"Beach getaway 2019
We had a great time while staying at this home! It was very clean and well equipped with the essentials! Only problem was the blowup bed ... had a leak. Management co. sent someone to repair and even though we waited the recommended time before blowing it back up it continued to leak. Youngest son slept on the sofa, and he was good to go! Loved having the 6 person golf cart!!! There were even some floats and beach toys available. "
