This property is near The Village of Baytowne Wharf and a short drive away from the beach access on the South side of the resort. Enjoy this peaceful getaway while still being close to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. This beautiful two-story townhome has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms which sleeps up to 4 guests. Once inside, you will enjoy the cozy and comfortable living room and dining area with those Golf-course front views. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and offers stainless-steel appliances which is perfect to prepare a home-cooked meal. The half-bath is located downstairs and there is also a full-size washer and dryer to stay on top of your laundry! Step outside the living room onto your spacious back deck and enjoy the green space and serenity with friends and family. Your upstairs master bedroom hosts a king bed, perfect for lying in while watching TV or checking out the views from your large windows. The attached bathroom has a double vanity and large walk-in shower. Upstairs, you will also find the guest bedroom with its own fabulous views of the golf-course and bay. The king size bed and flat screen TV are ideal for mornings spent indoors. The guest bathroom has a single vanity and shower/tub combo. In case we didn't mention this enough before, this property also comes with a GOLF CART!! Cancelling your reservation for any reason within 30 days of your scheduled arrival will result in complete forfeiture of funds.

Booking was easy with no hassle or hidden fees. Villa was perfect and cozy with each bedroom providing king beds and own bathrooms. Golf cart made all the difference in getting around from the beach, pools and Baytowne Wharf. Villa was close to everything. Beach chairs and umbrellas was great addition cause Sandestin charges $80 for 2 chairs and umbrella. Gas grill was perfect for grilling.
