Market Street Inn is a short stroll to the exciting entertainment, shops and restaurants of Baytowne Wharf without being in the midst of the late night party noise. The convention center is next door in the other direction. The beautiful white sand beach is a short drive or bike ride away! We provide beach toys, beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your convenience. Please bring your own beach towels from home. With keyless entry, check in is a breeze and there are no keys to keep track of! We offer a SMOKE FREE and PET FREE environment. Must be 25 years old to rent. - Cancellation(s) for daily/weekly guests: Reservations cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund of your prepayments less a cancellation fee of one night’s rent + admin fee + plus tax. Cancelling your reservation for any reason within 30 days of your scheduled arrival will result in complete forfeiture of funds.

- Cancellation(s) for monthly/snowbird guests: Reservations cancelled a minimum of 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund of your prepayments less a $200.00 cancellation fee plus tax if pricing has been confirmed and a contract has been signed. Cancelling your reservation for any reason within 60 days of your scheduled arrival will result in complete forfeiture of funds.
