Cancellations to any reservation results in forfeiture of $200.00 advance rent deposit. Changes to the booking have to be made Thirty (30) days prior to arrival for Short Term reservations. Sixty (60) days prior to arrival for Monthly reservations. Once final balance is paid there are NO REFUNDS due to cancellation. If you have purchased Travel Insurance with CSA you would need to contact them with questions regarding claims.1-866-4018

Full payment is due fourteen (14) prior to arrival for SHORT TERM reservations. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashier’s checks, or a personal check if not we will bill your credit card on file for these charges.
MONTHLY rentals must be paid by check or cash only Thirty (30) DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

Visitor Reviews (4) Write a Review! "Clean and updated--great stay Our unit (142) was clean and nicely updated. View was beautiful, nice furniture beds were comfy, nice TVs and plenty of linens. It was great to have a full kitchen and keurig, too! A few small issues, none of which were enormous--our sheets were nubby in the master bedroom--felt like sleeping on sand. The microwave didn't work properly, the dishwasher wasn't bolted into the cupboards and would "fall out" when opened. Multiple outlets didn't work, and the kitchen could have been slightly better equipped. A few more lights would have been nice too, as our condo was on the dim side, perhaps along with instructions on how to work the TVs. Overall, a very pleasant stay despite a few tiny things. Some of the doors were hard to slide, and some of the cabinets in the kitchen were hanging instead of sliding easily. You also have to pick up and drop off a key from the rental office down the road. A keypad would be much more convenient and easier to use. The unit did not come with certain things that were advertised, such as an ice maker in the fridge. There were also things missing that we would normally expect in rentals, like paper towels. However, the unit is decorated and updated more than what is seen in the unit photos. It is completely redecorated and repainted.
