The view from the extra-large balcony is enjoyed from the living room, dining area and extra-large kitchen with brand new cabinets and Refrigerator. the living area has a built-in bar area that runs the entire width of the room with all new cabinets, sink and refrigerator. This condo has never been a rental condo so as you would expect it is super well stocked for a family stay. Each room has a flat screen TV and DVD players. This condo also has Wi-Fi internet. This condo has to be seen!

Cancellations to any reservation results in forfeiture of $200.00 advance rent deposit. Changes to the booking have to be made Thirty (30) days prior to arrival for Short Term reservations. Sixty (60) days prior to arrival for Monthly reservations. Once final balance is paid there are NO REFUNDS due to cancellation. It is well equipped, especially the kitchen. The reconfiguration of the unit has its pluses and minuses but we like it and being able to eat while looking out over the water is a plus. A personal preference would be that all the units use black-out curtains in the bedrooms. And a recommendation to the cleaning crew would be to double check the tea kettle and the Keurig to make sure water isn't left in them. Renters don't know how long the water has been there and the inside of the kettle needed some attention when we got there. Otherwise, no complaints. It is a lovely unit right on the beach and very spacious. The owners have lots of little extras available to use. Close to one of our favorites, Stewby's and just about anywhere else you'd like to eat. We are beach people so don't spend a lot of time doing other activities but there is plenty to do with kids and adults nearby. FWB is becoming more crowded as more people discover our paradise. The new proposals for Santa Rosa Blvd concern me with more and more people renting. However, this has nothing to do with the owner of this condo, just an observation on the amount of traffic on the Island and between there and Destin nowadays. It had a great view. The only negatives about the condo is that there was no hot water in the sink in the kitchen. Also, the ice maker in the wet bar did not work. Otherwise, it was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. The negative side of this, unfortunately for the owners of this condo, are things that they do not have direct control over. The complex I was not impressed with at all. The elevators were a huge issue every single day. They broke down every day. Some days we had to carry our beach wagon up and down stairs. The pool was subpar. Parking was not great. One night we got home and there were no parking spots left. We had to make our own parking spot (along with three other vehicles). The free beach service was done a little weird in my opinion. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. Not because of the condo itself, but because the complex needs to get its stuff together."
