The master bedroom has King size bed and wall mounted flat screen will sure provide you with many cozy nights while you vacation with us!
As you step into the living room not only will you be greeted by the view but if you will rather stay indoors and enjoy a show the living area features a 49" UHD 4K Smart TV; the sofa turns into a queen size sleeper.. feel free to take a quick nap here you wont regret it! You can also enjoy the evening sunsets as you lounge on the balcony.
If cooking is your thing this kitchen is well stock to ensure your your ease of mind while you cook plenty of space on quartz countertops , the smooth top stove and over-the-range microwave are just an added bonus to this unit!.. do not be surprised to catch a dolphin or two swimming in the Gulf as this kitchen also features views of the beautiful Okaloosa Island.

The 100% cancellation loss can be avoided if: (1) Red Sky rental vacation insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is a reason covered under the travel insurance; or (2) Brooks and Shorey Resorts can re-rent the unit for the full term of the original rental period, in which case the guest will be charged 10% of the total paid as rebooking fee. Prior to arrival, if a guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit, normal cancellation penalties may apply, whether they are insured or not. Refunds issued by Brooks and Shorey Resorts will be issued no more than 30 days after departure date of original stay. Refunds are payable to the guest within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared our account.

Loved all the great communication from Brooks & Shorey. All the information given ahead of time & in the condo when we arrived made us feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The condo is spacious with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The bathroom definitely needs an update & the fold out couch mattress was very uncomfortable.The unit had lots of useful kitchen items & we greatly appreciated the amount of towels! The king size bed was comfy & suited us well. We came wanting a relaxing, low-key vacation & the location provided us that. The beach wasn't very crowded & most things we needed were within minutes. "

Found bugs in drawer and under fridge. Roach on the wall. Roach spray under stove and garbage can. Off season but pool was freezing cold and not heated. Every single picture on wall was crooked for some reason. Some trash stuck to carpet. Beautiful view from balcony. We liked the no contact entry, you are able to just go to your door and enter code. Super easy to check in and out. Neighbors were quiet. Beach was clean and walking distance from parking lot. The place was a little outdated but nice for the price right on the Gulf. Would come back if these things are taken care of. "

This was a very nice rental. It was clean and well maintained. Nothing was broken or needed repaired. Everything worked as expected. Appreciated the TV instructions for both rooms. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the dolphins swimming by. The only change I would make is to have the raised seating on the balcony, so the rail doesn't obstruct the view. The lounger was great for a little afternoon nap in the ocean breeze. "

Excellent experience. Staff was in constant communication with me. All details of our reservation were totally up front. The condo was spotless and beautiful...and exactly as described (only better in person). It was the best experience and vacation we have ever had in Florida in the 40+ years we've been going there. Property itself was adequate, covered the minimum requirement for a rental. Furniture, again adequate, though recliner armchair leg/foot extension was broken. Passable accommodation for single person or couple, certainly not for up to six as advertised.
While I accept the booking agency, are not responsible for, "the temporary outage of pool, electricity, elevator, gas, water or cable. The operation and maintenance of these utilities is out of the control of Brooks and Shorey Resorts, Inc", during my stay. However, when they are fully aware of the elevator being out of use for a period of six weeks, prior to, and including the time of my booking and duration of my stay, I certainly hold them responsible for not informing me, and other potential customers, of this inconvenience until after I confirmed my booking. While climbing four flights of stairs each day was not an issue for me personally, and did not spoil my stay, it certainly brought into question the integrity of the company I was dealing with!"

The condo was very clean and comfortable with up to date furnishings. Pleasant environment. Liked the fact that the entire complex was small with few condo units. Of course, the view from the balcony was fabulous. Loved the beach umbrella and chairs as an amenity. Also, had enough supplies - towels, tissue, etc.
Pool a disappointment - too small in parking lot. No shade in pool area. Elevator would have needed cleaning.
My only other complaint were the added expenses - owner fee, service, fee, taxes, cleaning fees. Some were understandable others were not.
Even though I have some complaints, I would rent this condo again.
May do so in the fall."

Wonderful, relaxing stay. We had some problems accessing the free golf that was included with our stay. Phone wait times kept increasing to schedule that and it took until the following day for someone to call us back which by then we had already paid for our own golf 2 different times. "Anniversary & Memorial Day Stay in ETW 5004
My wife and I stayed in ETW 5004 on Memorial Day weekend 2020, which was also our 1st wedding anniversary! We are in our 60's, so the things important to us are different than the typical travelers and guest on a holiday weekend in Florida. The unit was in tip-top condition, king size master bed and radically soft. Two bunk beds for kids, and a sleeper couch. Comfortable, nicely decorated, great balcony view right on the beach. The building itself was very quiet, light traffic, easy to get to, no cost parking right at the building. Although we did not use them, along with the unit rental are perks we did not know about when we rented. You receive two DVD movie rental per day at a nearby location, a free round of golf for one each day, a free boat cruise for one each day. The unit is convenient to plenty of local restaurants, shopping, activities, and about 10 miles from Destin. All around, a great experience. The initial rental instructions seem a little confusing but it was actually quite simple, and they stay in contact with you by phone and email right up to your day of arrival. Keyless entry, and checked out over the internet. Hassle free, this rental company is highly recommended! Thank you Brooks and Shorey for a wonderful 1st anniversary experience!"

"Pretty nice place overall
ETW 5004 is pretty nice overall. It appears to be renovated for the most part. The kitchen counters are a nice quartz material and the carpet feels new and plush. Plenty of towels and dishware were provided.
However, I have two gripes, one more than the other:
Firstly, the king bed is really high. An attempt to revive an old lumpy mattress by throwing a thick memory foam topper did not work. It also made the bed even higher, so the bed was not comfortable. The owner should get a new firmer mattress.
Secondly, the bathroom not renovated. The vinyl flooring looks original and outdated. The toilet was the biggest disappointment. It's a round bowl, not even oval. No grown man can comfortably drop a deuce sitting on a toilet with a round bowl. A new $150 toilet with an elongated bowl would make me give this unit 5 stars."

Broken Handle on sliding door, Entrance hall light hanging down, Bi-fold doors on closet did not work after new carpet,bathtub dirty, Kitchen box sill dirty,food scraps on carpet in living room. Our rental was very clean. The furniture and carpet were very clean and well kept. The condo was well stocked with everything we expected a vacation rental to contain, it even had a couple extras like a crock pot and pizza stone for cooking pizza. All the workers we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Everyday we saw someone cleaning up the property around the building to keep it clean and tidy. We checked in the day Tropical Storm Alberto came ashore so the surf was rough but the third day we say dolphins from our balcony."

"Fall Break Beach Trip
We had a great time except the dishwasher didn't work. On vacation and had to wash dishes by hand:( Management sent someone to check on dishwasher and then it was decided to replace it after our stay. Shouldn't it have been checked to make sure it was in working order before arrival? We also had to shorten our stay because of the hurricane. My husband talked to an office worker on Friday and they were so helpful and told us to call back Saturday with our decision on delaying till Monday. We did and the lady we talked to on Saturday was curt and blunt and basically called us liars when we stated that we were told by a rep in April if we purchased the insurance if a state of emergency occurred we would not lose our money and be reimbursed.She kept saying we don't talk in those terms. We didn't like dealing with her. I believe her name was Barbara. The beach and location was beautiful. It was a peaceful area and really good for families."

It was one of our most relaxing vacations that we have experienced in a while. The room was comfy and roomy for both of us. The double sinks in restroom came in handy when getting ready to go out.

Happy occasion, a wedding, so was a happy time. Somewhat disappointed with the pictures versus the actual of the condo. The couch was totally worn out, you sit sideways due to it being broken down, and two separate guests at different times said "what is that puke smell?" To sit on I covered with a sheet to feel clean and that mattress was like paper. The bunks mattress was totally worn out with the top undercover hanging 1/2 way down to the bottom sleeper. Dirty towel left under sink, candy wrapper behind curtain, could not use closet cause full of storage. Keyless entry was great. Chairs & umbrella amenity great. Ft Walton great vs Destin and people seemed nice. Would stay the area again. "

"Never Again
The living room smelled like vomit and housekeeping or management would not clean the carpet, all they did was bring a bottle of febreeze. Who wants to stay in that kind of unsanitary filth? The master bed is horrible. DVD player did not work. We love Florida beaches and we'll be back, but we definitely won't be staying here again."

"A piece of paradise
This condo is just perfect. The view is amazing! Such easy access to the beach! The chairs and umbrella were so nice! We went to the beach every day. The beach is not too crowded and we even went on Memorial Day weekend. We went to a restaurant in Destin during the week before Memorial Day weekend and it was so crowed! We loved the beach by this condo, so peaceful and beautiful! We saw dolphins almost daily. Sometimes from our balcony, some from the beach and some by the pier. We would love to come back every year! It was a perfect romantic trip for my husband and I but we also agreed that is would be a great family vacay with kids too. Some much to do too if you want to stay busy or just hang out on the beach. "

"Very nice stay!
My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon last year, and we loved it so much that we rented it again this year for our first anniversary. It is a very nice condo, right on the beach, and at a good price! It is in Ft. Walton Beach (which is literally 8 minutes from Destin), so it doesn't cost as much as a Destin condo. However, it is just as nice, if not better than others I have seen. It is only about 10-12 minutes from the Destin Commons as well. We are very pleased with our stay and with the accommodations here. We do hope to be able to stay here again!"

"Nice for a quick get away
My husband and I brought our baby down for a quick 5 night stay over July 4th. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view of the beach was awesome! The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook in every night. The only downside was the pool was tiny and in the parking lot. Since our baby was only 8 months old we didnt use it much but I did notice it was constantly crowded. I would recommend this to a friend. Also- loved that the beach chairs and umbrella were included!"

We loved it! Much bigger than it looks like in the pics. Very clean and there was everything you need. We bought groceries and since the kitchen everything we needed we cooked breakfast and lunch and ate on the balcony. It was so nice to have the ocean view so when our son took his nap we didn't feel like we missed anything. We plan to stay at this condo as a tradition. "Labor Day Week 2014
Overall the stay was fantastic. The condo was clean and ready upon arrival. Location was great for us. The pool was small but we did not use it because we spent each day on the beach. Area is perfect if you are looking for relaxing stay, which we were. We used the free movie rentals daily. I choose this rental due to the included beach service and it was very pleasant not having to lug the chairs to the beach each day. The wifi worked great. Overall we were extremely satisfied with the accommodations and will book the same unit again on a future stay. Thank You for a great week!"

This condo has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The view is breath taking and the condo is decorated very nicely. I highly recommend staying here.
Only improvement I would suggest is the building Elevator. Very hot with no air circulation. Just going to the 5th floor made you feel uncomfortable waiting for the door to open so you can breath again, IMO. "

Awesome view of the gulf. Very comfortable King bed. So much nicer to stay in a condo with all the comforts of home rather than a hotel room with a bed and and maybe a bar fridge and 4 cup coffee maker.
Nearby restaurants Old Bay Steamer, Anglers, Floyds and the Crab Trap were all great casual eateries."

"Our Stay in ETW 5004 @ Fort Walton Beach
Wireless services were never working despite multiple efforts over several days. (Sat-Tue) That was a tremendous disappointment. Having wireless/internet access was one of the main reasons we decided to stay there in the first place. The newspaper in the machine was dated for the friday before we got there and was never changes. I was not going to put any money in it just to see if they were changing the daily paper. Overall our stay was very pleasant. The unit was very clean. We had a great view and we had easy beach access. "

The view from the condo was perfect & the condo itself was nice. 2 problems - the a/c in the unit makes a very loud noise when running that is very disturbing when trying to sleep (sounds like a maintenance problem); and the property's one elevator went
out of service while we were there and we had to trudge up and down to the 5th floor several times each day - it was out of service during our 4 day stay and we were told it would be out of service for 3 weeks! Fortunately we did not have anyone handicapped
or elderly in our party. I thought this merited giving us a discount but the management staff said "it was out of their control".

"Spectacular 10th Anniversary
My husband and I spent five days here for our 10th anniversary. When we entered the condo, the view of the gulf took my breath away! Everything was just perfect from the decor to the beach service. We were able to use our laptop with the free wireless. The amenities were awesome. Free movies, free daily round of golf, free dolphin cruise and kids activities, though our trip didn't include kids! I don't think I could have asked for anything more! Would love to come back again in the future! "

Check-in and check-out in a remote location is very unhandy.
