Refunds issued by Brooks and Shorey Resorts will be issued no more than 30 days after departure date of original stay. I don't think it would work for more than 4 people though. It technically sleeps 6 but the bunk beds are very uncomfortable and the sofa bed made a lot of noise every time you moved. Nice that there were 2 sinks since we were all getting ready to go out at once. Appliances all worked well and the shower had good water pressure. The view was great, better than expected for the first floor. We took advantage of some of the perks including a free dolphin cruise pass and free movie rentals.
