The 100% cancellation loss can be avoided if: (1) Red Sky rental vacation insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is a reason covered under the travel insurance; or (2) Brooks and Shorey Resorts can re-rent the unit for the full term of the original rental period, in which case the guest will be charged 10% of the total paid as rebooking fee. Prior to arrival, if a guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit, normal cancellation penalties may apply, whether they are insured or not. Refunds issued by Brooks and Shorey Resorts will be issued no more than 30 days after departure date of original stay. Refunds are payable to the guest within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared our account.

The outside rinse off shower area needs to be cleaned up (stickers in the grass, more space) but it gets the job done. The mattresses are horrible. Sand was even in the beds. Needs some curtains or room darkening shades on the north facing bedroom windows. The internet was horrible. The grounds need to be cleaned up around too. One of the fans would only work if you unscrewed the light bulbs. The ceiling fans were built up with dust. Towel rack about to fall off the wall in the bathroom and hand smudges on walls and doors. Would have been nice to have a dust pan so we could have swept.
