The carpeted living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom faces the Gulf and has a King size bed, 32" Smart TV, reading chair, and sliding glass door to the balcony. The Guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds with a 32" TV. The main living area is large with dining and game tables, and a sliding glass door to the balcony. A 55 inch TV has DIRECTV cable service, along with a Blu-ray DVD player with streaming capabilities, as do the other TVs. This unit also has high-speed WI-FI internet access. Remodeled bathrooms include a walk-in primary shower. The large kitchen is fully equipped with well-stocked cabinets for the cooks in the family. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience."

Cancellations to any reservation results in forfeiture of $200.00 advance rent deposit. Changes to the booking have to be made Thirty (30) days prior to arrival for Short Term reservations. Sixty (60) days prior to arrival for Monthly reservations. Once final balance is paid there are NO REFUNDS due to cancellation. If you have purchased Travel Insurance with CSA you would need to contact them with questions regarding claims.1-866-4018

We were there in August and I didn't feel like the beach was crowded at all. There was the option to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella from a vendor on the beach. The view from the balcony was perfect and we even watch dolphins swim by. The condo was exactly as the website said. The decor is dated but the beds are comfortable and the unit was clean. Make sure to bring beach towels as those weren't provided. You'll also want to pick up paper towels and extra toilet paper. It would be helpful to have a curtain in addition to the blinds in the spare bedroom. The outdoor lighting keeps that room fairly bright all night long. We found the property and the location to be quite satisfying. Everything was clean and the condo was plenty spacious and inviting. Our particular location was on the 6th floor and we both prefer to generally be on upper levels so this was a plus for us. We both had envisioned spending more time in the pool area but no one can control the weather and it was cooler than that would allow on many days. That said it was a nice space on the days we did swim. There is also an enclosed tennis court which we did not use but observed others enjoying that area. The beach is right out the backside or is it the front as people with lake homes would say. The beach was totally clean with plenty of area to stretch out and remain private. During our stay in February the temps were mostly in the 60’s. Naturally a bit colder on rainy days and a bit warmer later in the month. We found the balcony space very much to our liking. With extended walls to the edge on each end it was a private space to view the ocean and relax in the the sun. Even on cooler or windy days if the sun was out it was an enjoyable space warmer than sitting on the beach yet still with the wonderful ocean view. The master bedroom had a comfortable king size bed with a nice mattress. There were plenty of shopping options for groceries and leisure activities plus multiple quality dining options to experience as well. We had a great time and hope to return next year. All in all a wonderful experience!" It is just minutes from the boardwalk for shopping and minutes from Publix for anything else you might need from food to that forgotten razor. The bedroom also had a musty, mildew odor and the tv had a 10 second delay when you first turned it on even though it seemed to be a newer tv, then it had a delay when changing channels. The living room was beautiful. The furniture was updated and very comfortable. Caution! The tubs were very slick. Myself and one other in our party slid and fell in the tub at different times. The condo was well furnished and overall it was an okay experience."
