With sleeping accommodations of up to six guests, this two bedroom beachfront condo will make your family vacation memorable! Take in the spectacular Gulf view from the comfort of the living room, dining room or the large private balcony! It also comes fully furnished with a complete kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and a washer and dryer as well! It's the perfect beach retreat for a family vacation or girls getaway. What happens at the beach... is laughed about for years! Come make some Memories! Islander Beach Resort is a 7-story structure of 114 condos on a short 2 mile stretch of Okaloosa Island with direct views of the beach and ocean. Exterior upgrades have been completed on the building, which is now painted an aqua blue and gray. There are 2 elevators and lots of parking. Guests can freely access the beach, pool, BBQ pits and parking area (a parking pass is needed), but you will probably spend the majority of your time on the large private balcony overlooking the pool and beach.
The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: Master bedroom - 1 King bed, 2nd bedroom -1 Queen bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

Islander Beach Resorts have access to one of Okaloosa Island's largest gulf-side pools, a shuffleboard court, and a barbeque grill area. A quick stroll across the boardwalk puts you right on the beach! All guests have Free High-Speed Internet access in their unit, as well as wireless Internet access in our lobby.
Islander Beach Resort has a two vehicle limit.
The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving and beginning the week of Christmas until March 31st.

50% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check in (NOTE: Guest covered under Red Sky rental vacation insurance – the travel insurance premium is non refundable).
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check in.
The 100% cancellation loss can be avoided if: (1) Red Sky rental vacation insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is a reason covered under the travel insurance; or (2) Brooks and Shorey Resorts can re-rent the unit for the full term of the original rental period, in which case the guest will be charged 10% of the total paid as rebooking fee. Prior to arrival, if a guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit, normal cancellation penalties may apply, whether they are insured or not. Refunds issued by Brooks and Shorey Resorts will be issued no more than 30 days after departure date of original stay. Refunds are payable to the guest within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared our account.

"Breathtaking Views
My mom, sister and I took a girls vacation and stayed at this condo which was beautiful inside and out. The view is absolutely amazing and unobstructed and also away from the pool area which can get noisy while sitting on the balcony. The condo is as exactly as it appears in the pictures and is equipped with most things needed. The only issue we had was the bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable for my mother and I to sleep on. The only other thing which is probably out of their control was beach service. The guy saw us struggling with My mom‘s wheelchair at the steps And did not even offer to help. We did have the beach wheelchair but we had to use her regular wheelchair to get her to the steps. I still give this condo five stars overall! The views and the memories made up for it ❤️��️"

"Wonderful vacation week!
Had a great week at the beach! Have stayed at the Islander for 10 summers. This unit is one of our favorites. Kitchen is well furnished. Beds are comfortable. My only complaint is the sofa. It is well worn, sagging , and needs to be replaced. Will definitely be returning next year. "

The condo is very nice, clean and seems recently updated. It’s comfortable(except the couch) and could use more living room furniture to accommodate the guest. We enjoyed the great view of the ocean and the high top chairs surprisingly. Perfect location and had a wonderful time."

"Loved Staying here
The condo was very clean. It is in a great location to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc.
Only complaint I have is the kitchen. While there are plenty of dishes, some Tupperware bowls or mixing bowls would have been nice. I ended up buying and leaving a hand mixer and mixing bowls with lids. "

"just what your heart desires
Amazing views. Clean, spacious rooms. easy to check-in. washer/dryer within the apartment made life a lot easy.
Couple of feedbacks on what can be improved:
1. More towels required/ change of towels on the second day of stay.
2. Some beach toys and a cooler can be provided to have refreshments on the beach. "

"Fantastic Stay - a little construction - But Loved the Islander
The condo was great. Clean and stocked. Quiet location out of the way, but easy to access. Staff were friendly. Great location. Beach chairs were out out early and pool was great. Check-in and booking process was easy. Would have liked a more timely response to emails, but this is a small thing. Was a little disgruntled the last couple of days as a construction crew started jackhammering outside of the room at 7:00 a.m. and having every loud conversation you can imagine. Some other construction related woes. Overall, a fantastic location if you're looking for something roomy, clean, and in a location that is not high traffic. Loved it. It would have been a nice option to have the information about the construction directly outside of the room so I could have chosen from one of the other rooms. The complaint about the construction is short lived and just a coincidence with the time and location of where I stayed. Without a doubt, I would return and rent from this site. We absolutely loved it."

"Clean and fabulous view!
Beds were very comfortable and clean. Blankets and sheets that were washable with no bedspreads that you had to wonder if they had been cleaned. Very clean throughout. Great location. Narrow beach but not too crowded. Games provided. Florida pvc patio high top table with 4 chairs on the balcony, which we’re comfortable and I loved; great for viewing the ocean and beach. Also, 2 Adirondack chairs and low table on balcony. 4th floor fabulous view. We spent all our time on the balcony and the beach. Elevators and stairs available. The Highwater restaurant and The Shack restaurant had mouthwatering seafood! Definitely would return. The property management was extremely helpful in finding us a place to stay because it was last minute. DVD Rental machine on ground floor by the elevators with 2 free rentals Per night. Daily chair and umbrella rentals were included with the condo and the guys were very helpful and accommodating. Only thing I did not like, were the 2 dark brown couches; they were not very beachy. I prefer light neutral and beach colors, so I only gave it 4 stars. However, this condo looked like it was just newly remodeled and a very clean place I would highly recommend! "Wonderful Stay
Place looked exactly as the pictures.The view from the balcony is magnificent and the beach is the closest thing to a 'private beach'.
Very clean. Only thing about the condo is that the drip pans in the stove are too small, so the burners do not lay flat. It was little of a pain.
Checking-in was a breeze. This is my second rental from this company. They are fantastic!!!"

"A room with a view!
Brooks and Shorey were wonderful to work with. I did everything online so that once we arrived at our condo all we would need to do is walk to office and pick up our parking permit. Once in the condo my paperwork was on the bar along with the parking passes. They emailed me to check and make sure everything was perfect and it was! Thank you so much for an enjoyable experience!"

The condo was a little dated. Wish the icemaker had been working when we arrived. Refrigerator leaked some kind of fluid from the door. Needed more bedding - sofa had sheets only - no heavier cover. No sleeping pillows for sofa bed. Did find a roach in condo. Maintenance responded quickly. Needed more bath towels, kitchen towels and wash cloths. Loved the location and view. Overall I probably would stay there again.

Stayed here and it was so nice that we extended our stay! Condo is very well equipped, comfortable, and spacious. Nice selection of pots, pans, dishes. Large TVs. Balcony looks out over the beach and has seating for 5-6 people. A little offset from pool view which is great because you don’t get the noise from the pool. We will definitely stay here again!!!"

"Great experience
This was my first experience and everything was spelled out what to do. Condo is a great location and beautiful view. Clean and well stocked. Only problem we encountered was we got parking passes from rental company but the complex wanted there own. We were left a note to register or be towed. We cant wait to stay here again on our next trip to visit my nephew at Eglin Air Force Base. "
