The pool is a great size, located on the beach side and heated in the winter months. The property has free parking and BBQ grills. This condo is beautifully decorated and very well stocked! The master bedroom has a king size bed and it is BEACH FRONT with an entry to the beach front balcony. A 40" LED TV in the master bedroom for your entertainment and a Bose radio/CD player. The beach front living room has a brand new sofa, plenty of comfortable seating and a 47" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom features a Queen size bed and a 36" LED flat screen TV. All rooms have amazing décor including the bathrooms with hard wood flooring throughout the bedrooms. The kitchen is very spacious with granite counter tops including the island, all major appliances and EVERYTHING you might need to prepare a delicious meal for your loved ones. Very well stocked!!! Refunds issued by Brooks and Shorey Resorts will be issued no more than 30 days after departure date of original stay. The agent also said they woud move us but they were full. When I asked for options we were given the number of the association manager. My 10 and 7 year olds said it was painful :) the shower liner is very thin and does not stay in place with the shower on, so they said they also had to hold it while taking a shower so that the water did not go outside of the shower. Not a big deal; all of us just ended up using the master shower. We stayed here at this same condo last year too and seemed to remember that the second shower was not an issue.
