The 100% cancellation loss can be avoided if: (1) Red Sky rental vacation insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is a reason covered under the travel insurance; or (2) Brooks and Shorey Resorts can re-rent the unit for the full term of the original rental period, in which case the guest will be charged 10% of the total paid as rebooking fee. Prior to arrival, if a guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit, normal cancellation penalties may apply, whether they are insured or not. Refunds issued by Brooks and Shorey Resorts will be issued no more than 30 days after departure date of original stay. Refunds are payable to the guest within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared our account.

There was no broom and the 2 vacuums were basically useless. Most condos we've rented have had extra beach accessories, games, videos, books, etc. but this one had none of those items. I could of rented a unit next door for half the cost and gotten the same outcome. If you are asking more money (double then next door) then people expect a little more from the condo. The ocean and beach view from our balcony was amazing. You can see the ocean view from the kitchen, dining room and living room and master bedroom. . I loved waking up in the morning and looking out the window from the master bedroom and seeing the ocean from our bed, it was so relaxing.The elevator was right outside the front door and the pool was just around the corner from our front door. You can take the elevator or walk a few steps up to the pool. Everyday we had the pool to ourselves when we went. We loved the bunk room for the grandkids and they had their own bathroom. The whole condo was very clean and spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with all the kitchen cookware and utensils needed for our stay. It was very nice and convenient to have the complimentary umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a place right on the beach with less crowds. Was also close to the pier and was able to watch the fireworks on Wednesday from our beach .
