Spacious carport that will accommodate up to four midsize cars and a convenient fenced outdoor space complete with a turf grass lawn. Great space for lounging or playing outdoor games. Conveniently located right across from the community pool & just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, golf cart rental, and shops. "Magnificent Mango
Absolutely great. This was our first experience and it was great. The condo was clean, plenty of dishes, utensils and very comfortable beds. The check in and out process was good. The walk to the beach was perfect, inside the condo you can hear any traffic noise as you are on a main road to the beach. I cant wait to come back."

"Was Good
The house has a great location, very close to the beach, and it’s a lovely property overall. The kitchen is very well-equipped, which made it easy for us to cook meals during our stay. It’s a convenient and comfortable place for family or group trips.
However, the cleanliness was disappointing. We found a lot of hair on the sheets before using them, which made it clear they hadn't been changed. There was also quite a bit of hair in the shower of one of the bathrooms. Additionally, the room with the sofa bed had no towels provided, and our request for them was never answered.
Despite these issues, the property itself is very nice and has a lot of potential. With better cleaning and more responsive communication, it would be an excellent stay. "

"Fantastic Location!
Home is exactly as advertised -- clean, comfortable and perfect location. Easy 3 block walk to the beach, across the street the Beir Haus, 2 blocks to Bron's shaved ice and live music. Rooftop balcony was perfect for the evenings."

"Family vacation to Port Aransas
Very nice 3 story townhouse. It's new and has an elevators which was nice. There are 4 bedrooms 2 rooms have king beds, 1 room has a double and 2 twins. The other room has a pull out in it. There is also a pull out in the living room. There're 3 bathrooms only 1 has a tub. There is a shared pool and about 3 blocks from the beach. Overall a nice place."

"Weekday getaway
As the first reviewer, I’ll pass along info I would have liked to know. My husband and I splurged on this large rental for a weekday trip in mid-June. We wanted a light-filled, well-maintained rental in town with a pool. This place delivered! Mango Manor #104 is part of a new complex nestled between other adjoining townhomes (#105 is an end unit). It is tastefully decorated as shown on the website’s photos. It was clean and well-appointed with good AC, multiple smart TVs, kitchen equipment, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, and comfortable 3rd floor king bed. The top balcony has two chairs and a glimpse of the gulf further down the street. The elevator is a great perk and the management company and maintenance were responsive in providing us with the separate code needed (not in the original check-in text). The two of us lived on the top floor and only used the second floor once for laundry. There are beds for 10-12 heads but I think it would be too crowded until the company develops each unit’s outdoor space with pools like the complex across the street. Our rental was brand new and the only flaws we noted were the top bathroom was partially painted and one of the bedrooms downstairs had a temporary window shade. There was no noisy construction in the area, although workers were doing interior work on other units. The complex and community pool were quiet and lovely Monday-Wednesday. That changed on Wednesday evening when other renters arrived with their 4 large vehicles and stretched the occupancy limits. One unit basically took over the small community pool ALL DAY Thursday drinking beer and being loud. We were happy to leave Port A on Friday morning as more weekenders arrived. I recommend visiting the dolphins around sunset at Roberts Point Park. Our best seafood meal was at Tortuga’s Saltwater Grill."
