Surf Station MIBC204 is a remodeled 2/2 pool front condo. It is located on the 3rd floor, with no elevator access. It offers a large deck outside to enjoy the Gulf breeze! Nicely stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and adjacent to the dining room. Nice, comfy new furniture in the spacious living area which is open to the kitchen and dining area. The complex features a boardwalk to beach, fish cleaning station, heated community pool and hot tub. Short walk to the boardwalk or there are a few parking spaces near the boardwalk.
Parking for 2 maximum.
Sorry, golf carts are not allowed.
Boats and trailers are NOT allowed.
This is a smoke free property.

- A two-night minimum stay is required
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days

"Central location, comfy beds
Most of the condo was nice. Bathroom showers are really rundown. The beds are really comfortable. The exterior environment was quite rundown - not the owner’s fault, but something to consider. Various neighbors were smoking pot at all hours of the day and there was loud music in the courtyard. For me personally, this was a huge negative. Pot smoke and loud music wasn’t the family vacay vibe I envisioned. This is a fine place for guys on a fishing trip to sleep, but I would never bring a family here again. "

"Cockroach Heaven
Great Layout, Great Views, Property Pool is cold, not heated, hot tub is way too hot. Kitchen had too many friends - cockroaches. Called and sent message to Property Manager company, didn't care, just said "thank you for letting us know." "

"Weekend at the beech
We enjoyed our weekend at the Beech at MIBC 204. The condo was very nice, although the property is showing itsage, the pool looked to be recently updated and resurfaced. Wish it was closer to the beech but the walk wasn't bad and one day we went early enough to get a parking spot at the boardwalk. This section of beech is great, away from the crowds. Would go back again, but next time we are taking the dog so have to try another condo at MIBC"

"Peaceful and Safe condo
We had a very nice stay. It would be nice if check in was earlier than 4:00.
The TV guide in a plastic cover was not clean we cleaned it with sanitizing wipes.
The sofa in this unit was not very comfortable. "

"2022 Selena Tour
This was such an awesome experience for our whole family. The first time in Texas and we had a blast. The condo we stayed in was perfect, had all the items we needed to call this our home away from home. The only down fall I would say was they were doing upgrades to the building, so there was a little noise. The contractor was awesome though, He let us know what time they would be starting in the morning. All and all this was an experience that our family will never forget. Plan on coming back in the future to stay longer. Thank you guys for the experience."

"Vann Vacay
So the actual condo was great! It had all of the essentials we needed. It was very clean and the furnishings were nice as well. However, the pictures of the outside of the property need to be updated. Clearly they were taken when the condo was first built. The pool was the size of a regular backyard pool. Two to three families max could fit in it. Please update your pictures or update the property. "

"Great Location
Loved the location of the place but did have a few issues with the property. Once we got there and was settling in a maintenance man shows up to repair the washing machine. (But couldn’t) at the same time we noticed the remote for the living room tv was not working. I emailed the property but got no response. Also later at night we notice the dryer was extremely loud and the toilet in the master bedroom/bathroom would constantly run and was very loud at night. Overall we did have a good time and loved the location. The picture is not quite as accurate. The pool is a little bit smaller than the picture seems, but nonetheless is was a good place for our family of 5 to have a fun getaway. There is access to the beach which is about a quarter mile walk. "

We enjoyed the rental on our recent stay. Plenty of room, decorated super cute and clean! We didn't use the pool but there were several guests out that appeared to be enjoying their time. It is only a short drive into town for restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again!"

Warm and inviting. Clean and right at the beach. Was just far enough away from the spring breakers to enjoy. Had a hot water issue and put in a ticket for maintenance. Second bathroom water pressure very minimal "

"Beautiful Condo at Mustang Isle
The condo looked newly remodeled and beautiful inside. The only issue we had was the master bath toilet leaked all weekend. My husband thought he could just jiggle the chain but that didn’t do the trick. The poll & hot tub were very nice but more safe steps or a rail needed to enter hot tub."

"Weekend getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at MIBC. The condo was adequately stocked and furnished. The kids loved the pool and really enjoyed the beach. Although you can't use golf carts at this location, we highly recommend going into town and renting a golf cart to cruise the beach and in town area."

"Surf Station
Overall, it was a great place. The only complaint I have is there was an awful fish smell in the fridge and freezer everytime you opened the doors. Need to keep some baking soda in there. Also, we couldn’t get the thermostat to budge, so it was a little hot and there were no other fans in the rental besides the ceiling fans. Could have used some floor fans at night while sleeping."

"Lovely and clean!
My family and I very much enjoyed our stay in unit 204. It was clean, the furnishings were new, the beds were very comfortable. We will certainly return to this unit. The boardwalk is not easily accessible. You need to drive down the property fence line to get to the boardwalk. So we opted just to drive to the beach instead. The pool was small--looks much bigger in the pictures but with several kids and adults in it, it was not enjoyable. But we really did enjoy the condo!"

"MIBC Unit 204
Port A Escapes was a breeze to deal with. The process of booking, checking in/out was seamless and efficient.
The unit 204 was spacious and a great option for our family. The beds were comfortable and the unit had everything we needed.
My only feedback would be to update the kitchen utensils and housewares. The dishwasher was also extremely loud and didn't seem to properly clean the dishes. My other semi-complaint was the distance from the condo to the beach. It was rather far to carry everything so we ended up loading up the car and driving to a nearby access road. The main room also backs up to the highway so there is a lot of road noise.
If those kind of things don't bother you, this is a great vacation rental. "
