The ample equipped kitchen opens up into the dining and living area, providing an open concept layout perfect for beachfront gatherings. Grand Caribbean offers a beautiful community swimming pool and a community boardwalk for easy access to the beach. Parking for 2, permit required. Sorry, no pets, golf carts or views.

There was way more space than I expected. We had 3 people in our group and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The laundry room was very convenient, and the kitchen was spacious. "

"Beautiful unit. Parking not so great.
The condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked and maintained! Check in and out was easy. However, we asked and were told (via email and text) before arrival we would have 3 parking passes. Three couples that live in 3 different cities/states, with three different cars need 3 passes. Upon arrival we only had two passes. Called management company (the woman we spoke too WAS NOT very nice) and she blamed it on the Condos HOA and said we could park one of our vehicles in their UNSECURED parking lot away from where we were staying. It was very worrisome. Other than the worry of our car being safe, the unit was great! "

"Beautiful SpaciousHome
The online photos of the home were beautiful. When we arrived, we were pleased to see that the photos perfectly represented what we saw in person. We really enjoyed our stay and wish that we had more time to spend there. The home was well equipped, so all we needed was our food. It’s located about 10 minutes away from the town of Port Aransas. The local restaurants were great as was the seafood, and the views from the restaurants."

Everything was great! Communication was excellent, great location, easy beach access w/ cart to carry gear included, and refreshing pool to cool off a long day. The unit was clean, well equipped, and very spacious for our family of three kids + two adults. "

"Great condo, but no golfcarts!!!
Super spacious, comfy beds and amazing proximity to beach! Almost perfect for our family of 5. Unfortunately would not stay here again because for some reason they do not allow golf carts. Management will tell you it’s because there’s no path to the beach. But there is, literally right there!! It belongs to beach cottages but they’ve given Grand Caribbean access. Such a shame! "

"Much Needed Getaway
Beautiful rental!! Beds were so comfortable. Large spacious walk in showers. My 80 year old parents loved it. Trust me when I say they are hard to please. Beach decor through out the condo was so pretty especially the Jellyfish lamps❤️. We will definitely be looking forward to many more stays with you as well as recommending to our friends and family. "Great Mothers Day Weekend
We enjoyed ourselves very much. There were 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We were very comfortable and loved having a third bathroom. Would enjoy staying there longer and our next coastal visit. The swimming pool was visible from our first floor unit and has a great boardwalk over to the beach.

"Beautiful accomodations and beach access
Every room was nice and condo smelled fresh. Difficulty with corroision on swimmimg pool lock. numbers and letters difficult to read, so took 10 minutes to open. Back patio window panel was broken and both doors to patio access were hard to open, and to lock and unlock . One door was repaired day after arrival. Handicap bars need to be added for the elderly to safely enter and exit the showers. anti-slip pads need to be kept inside and outside showers. Otherwise, a beautiful experience. We loved the accommodations!"
